Three kinds. Essential cookies keep the site and its forms working. Analytics cookies count page views and referrers in aggregate, so we can see which pages help buyers and which waste their time. A session cookie remembers your AI assistant chat so it does not restart mid-conversation. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or clear all of them in your browser settings; only the essential ones change how the site behaves. This cookie policy forms part of this privacy policy.

Email venderitsolutions@gmail.com with "Data request" in the subject line, or call +63 936 298 2810, and tell us what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We confirm it is really you, work through the request, and write back with what we changed, sent or removed. To request data deletion of an AI assistant conversation, send us the date and the page you were chatting from. Signed contracts and BIR-mandated invoices are the exception — we are legally required to keep those.

Team hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm PHT, and the AI assistant covers the rest. If our answer does not settle the matter, you can escalate to the National Privacy Commission, the regulator for RA 10173 in the Philippines. We will cooperate with anything they ask and tell you what we send them.
