The terms and conditions that govern every VenderIT Solutions project

50% on acceptance of the quotation, which reserves your build slot, and the balance against milestones written into that quotation — usually design approval and pre-launch handover. On the ₱99,000 Starter that is half up front and half across those milestones. We accept bank transfer, GCash and Maya, and issue an official receipt for every payment. Work pauses on any milestone unpaid for more than 15 days.

On the day we hold everything we need: your content, logos and photos, access to your existing domain or hosting, and a named person who can approve. Working days, Monday to Saturday. If content arrives in pieces or an approval sits for a week, the delivery date moves by the same number of days. We tell you in writing each time the clock stops, so nothing is disputed at the end.

Two rounds of revisions per design stage and one after the pre-launch review are included. Revisions mean refining what is already in the scope of work — copy, colours, layout, images. Adding pages, new features, another language, a second platform or a redesign after approval is a change request: we quote it, you approve it in writing, and it may extend the timeline before anything is built.

You do, on final payment. Intellectual property ownership of the design, content, source code, database and the free 1-year .com domain transfers to you once the balance clears, and we hand over admin access and documentation. Before final payment the deliverables remain our property. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

It covers defects in what we built — broken forms, layout faults, features that do not behave as scoped, bugs surfacing after launch — fixed at no charge for 12 months from go-live. It does not cover new features, content you change yourself, damage from third-party plugins or code added by others, or breakage caused by an external service changing its API. Those we quote as change requests.

Cancel in writing before we start production and we refund the downpayment less any costs already incurred, such as a registered domain or a purchased licence. Once design or development has begun, the downpayment covers work delivered and is not refundable, and any milestone already released stays released. We hand over everything completed to that point. Either side can end the agreement for a material breach left unfixed for 15 days.

Hosting and domain renewals are separate from the build. VenderIT Cloud is free for your first year, then from ₱499 a month, invoiced through your client portal at my.venderit.com. If hosting goes unpaid for 30 days the site is suspended, and data is kept for a further 30 days before deletion. Domains follow the registry's own expiry and redemption rules, which we cannot override.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you have paid for the affected project, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect losses, or for outages at third-party services such as payment gateways, app stores or telcos. Nothing here limits liability that Philippine law does not allow us to limit. The governing law is Philippine law, with venue in the proper courts of Rizal, where our office is registered.
