An appointment booking system Philippine clients can use at 11pm

Clients book themselves, pay a deposit and turn up — with no back-and-forth on Messenger.

An appointment booking system in the Philippines earns its keep on two lines in your P&L: the hours your staff spend replying to Messenger, and the slots lost to no-shows. This one takes both.

Bookings · live

An animated week booking calendar for a clinic: patients fill open time slots themselves, a two-hour appointment visibly holds the hour beneath it so the slot cannot be double-booked, and an automatic reminder is sent before the visit.

Patients book their own slot, reminders do the chasing, and nobody gets booked twice.

What it does

01

Real availability, by service and by staff

Each service carries its own duration, prep time and clean-up buffer, and each staff member carries their own schedule, day off and skill list. A client picking a 90-minute treatment only sees slots where that therapist is genuinely free for 90 minutes plus turnaround.

02

Rooms, chairs and equipment booked at the same time

A booking often needs more than a person. The system holds the room, the chair, the massage bed or the vehicle alongside the staff member, so two therapists cannot be assigned the same room and a slot cannot be sold twice from two different branches.

03

Deposits that cut no-shows

Require full payment, a fixed deposit or nothing at all — set per service. Clients pay through GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer at booking, and the slot is only confirmed once payment clears. Your cancellation window and forfeiture rule are enforced by the system rather than argued at the counter.

04

Reminders on the channel your clients read

Confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before and another an hour ahead, sent by Viber, Messenger, email or SMS. Reschedule and cancel links sit in the message, so a client who cannot make it frees the slot instead of just not showing up.

05

Packages, sessions and memberships

Sell a ten-session package and the system tracks the balance, expiry and which staff member used each session. Members get their rate applied automatically and clients can see their remaining sessions themselves, which stops the most common front-desk dispute in wellness businesses.

06

Client records the next staff member can read

Visit history, preferences, allergies or contraindications, before-and-after notes, and the products used last time. When a regular's usual therapist is on leave, the person covering opens the record and already knows what to do.

07

Walk-ins, queue and the day view

The front desk still gets one screen showing the whole day across staff, with drag-to-move rescheduling, walk-ins slotted into gaps, and late arrivals flagged. Online bookings and walk-ins share the same calendar, so the day is never split across an app and a logbook.

A required deposit is the single most effective change most Philippine service businesses can make, because a client who has already put money down through GCash turns up or reschedules rather than going quiet. You choose the amount per service and whether it is refundable inside your cancellation window. Some clinics only require it for first-time clients and peak weekend slots, which is a good compromise.

From ₱99,000 as a one-time build including the booking website, unlimited staff and unlimited bookings, delivered in 5 working days. Pro at ₱149,000 adds a branded Android app and Business at ₱199,000 covers multi-branch, packages and memberships. Hosting is ₱499 a month after the free first year. There is no per-booking commission, unlike marketplace booking apps.

Email, Viber and Messenger reminders cost nothing beyond your hosting. SMS is different: text messages are billed per send by a provider such as Semaphore, typically well under a peso each, and you top up your own credits. Most clients send Viber or Messenger first and keep SMS for clients who never open either.

Yes, and most Filipino clients will try. The AI assistant answers on Messenger and your website, checks live availability, takes the booking and sends the payment link — so a Messenger conversation becomes a confirmed slot without your staff typing. Bookings made this way appear on the same calendar as the ones from the website.

No. Booking happens in a browser from your website, your Facebook page or a link in a reminder, and it works on any phone. The branded Android app in the ₱149,000 Pro package is for businesses with regulars worth a home-screen icon — gyms, salons and clinics with membership plans — and for your own staff managing the day.

Yes, because availability is held against the actual resource, not just the staff member. The room, chair, bed or vehicle is reserved at the same time as the person, and every branch reads the same calendar in real time. Front desk, website and app cannot double-book because they are all writing to one record.

We import your client records from Excel or your current system, de-duplicated by mobile number, along with upcoming bookings so nothing is lost on the switchover. Package balances and membership expiries need checking by your team before go-live, since those are the records clients query most and the ones spreadsheets get wrong.
