A salon booking website in the Philippines that fills chairs instead of chasing them

Bookings taken while your therapists are mid-treatment, and clients reminded before they forget.

A salon booking website in the Philippines has to beat the thing it is replacing: a Messenger thread answered whenever someone at the front desk is free.

Spa bookings · live

An animated spa and salon booking screen: a guest chooses a priced service, a rated therapist and an open time slot, then a confirmed booking appears with the salon location.

Guests choose, book and confirm on their own — even while every chair is full.

Where the hours go

  • Booking by Messenger while your therapist is mid-treatment
  • A double-booked stylist and an idle chair in the same afternoon
  • No-shows on a Saturday slot you turned two other clients away for
  • A service menu and price list that only exists in a chat broadcast
  • Clients who used to come monthly and quietly stopped
  • Packages and gift certificates tracked in a notebook at the counter

What we automate for beauty, spa & salon

01

Booking by service, therapist and branch

Clients pick the treatment, see the real duration and price, choose their preferred therapist and book a slot that actually exists in that person's day.

02

Reminders that cut no-shows

A confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before and one on the morning of the appointment, each with a reschedule link so a lost slot gets released, not wasted.

03

Rebooking at the right interval

A colour touch-up at six weeks, a facial at four, a massage at whatever interval you set. The message goes out on its own, addressed to the last service the client had.

04

Packages, memberships and gift certificates

Sessions remaining, expiry dates and gift certificate balances tracked automatically, visible to the client and to your front desk instead of living in a notebook.

05

Therapist schedules and commissions

Each therapist's availability, day off and service list in one roster, with completed services totalled per person for commission at cut-off.

06

Reviews and referrals after the visit

A thank-you message the same evening with a review link, and a referral offer to clients who keep coming back, sent automatically rather than when someone remembers.

Some will not, and the build accounts for that. The AI assistant answers in chat the way your front desk does, then sends the booking link at the right moment, so a Messenger conversation still ends in a confirmed slot on the calendar. What changes is that the slot is recorded, the reminder is automatic, and nobody has to scroll back through a thread to find it.

Three things, in order of effect. A reminder the day before and on the morning, each with a one-tap reschedule so the client releases the slot instead of vanishing. A deposit or card hold on high-value or long treatments if you want one. And a record of repeat no-shows so your front desk can require a deposit from those clients specifically.

Yes, and it is worth building in. Clients pick by name from the therapists qualified for that service, and only that person's real availability is offered. If their regular therapist is booked, the system suggests the next available slot with that person or an alternative colleague, rather than silently assigning someone else on arrival.

Yes. Packages track sessions used and remaining with expiry dates. Memberships bill on a recurring schedule and apply member pricing at booking. Gift certificates carry a code and a balance that any branch can redeem. All three show on the client's record and on the front desk screen, so the notebook stops being the source of truth.

Yes. Each branch has its own therapists, service list, prices and hours, and clients pick the branch before choosing a slot. Reporting rolls up for the group and drills down per branch and per therapist, so you can see which location is quiet on which day and move promos accordingly.

Yes. Every build includes online and offline payment setup, so you can take a deposit, full prepayment or nothing at booking, by card, e-wallet or bank transfer, and still record walk-in cash the same way. Deposits are applied to the bill automatically, and your cancellation window determines whether they are refundable.
