Retail & Commerce

An ecommerce website for retail in the Philippines that keeps selling after the shop closes

One stock count, one price list, one order queue — however many channels you sell through.

An ecommerce website for retail in the Philippines has to do more than take card payments.

Checkout · live

An animated online store checkout: a product is added to a cart, paid with GCash, and confirmed with an order number.

A store that takes the order and the payment while you are asleep.

Where the hours go

  • Encoding the same order from Messenger, Shopee and the counter into three systems
  • Stock counts that only match reality on inventory day
  • Answering is this available and how much to Davao, all day, every day
  • Carts abandoned at the shipping step and never followed up
  • Confirming COD orders by phone one at a time before dispatch
  • Branch price lists that quietly drift apart

What we automate for retail & ecommerce

01

One stock count across every channel

Sell a unit in store or online and the count drops everywhere. Low-stock alerts reach your buyer before a bestseller runs out, not after a customer complains.

02

Abandoned cart recovery

A shopper who leaves at the shipping step gets a reminder by email or SMS with their cart intact. It runs on its own and it is the cheapest revenue in the build.

03

COD confirmation before dispatch

Orders are confirmed automatically by SMS or chat before the courier is booked, so fewer parcels come back as return-to-sender and your riders stop chasing dead addresses.

04

Order-to-courier handoff

Paid and confirmed orders generate the picking list, the packing slip and the booking details for J&T, Lalamove or your own rider, with tracking sent to the buyer.

05

Product questions answered on the spot

The AI assistant handles sizes, variants, compatibility, stock and shipping cost by province, day and night, and hands over to a human when it should.

06

Loyalty and repeat purchase

Points, vouchers and restock reminders on consumables run automatically, so your regulars come back without a broadcast blast every week.

What we build

Online store built for Philippine buyers

Catalogue with variants, COD and e-wallet checkout, shipping rates by province, a mobile-first cart and product pages written to be found on Google.

Branded shopping app

Push notifications for restocks and sales, saved carts, order tracking and repeat ordering in two taps. Android app included from the Pro package.

Free lifetime AI assistant

Trained on your catalogue, stock, shipping rates, returns policy and branch hours. It answers pre-purchase questions, which is where most carts are lost.

POS and inventory system

The counter, the warehouse and the website working from the same stock and the same price list, with per-branch reporting your manager can read daily.

Yes, for reach. But the marketplace owns the customer and takes a cut of every sale, and you cannot email a Shopee buyer next month. Run both: keep the marketplaces for discovery, and use your own store for repeat buyers, bundles and loyalty, where the margin and the customer list are yours. We sync stock so one sale does not oversell the other channel.

Yes. Every build includes online and offline payment setup: we connect the gateway you sign up with for cards, e-wallets and bank transfer, and configure cash on delivery and over-the-counter as first-class options rather than afterthoughts. COD is still the default for a large share of Philippine shoppers, so the checkout is built to handle it cleanly, including automatic confirmation before dispatch.

Stock lives in one place and every channel reads from it. A sale at the counter, in the app or on the website reduces the same count, and items can be reserved the moment a cart reaches checkout so two buyers cannot claim the last unit. Where a marketplace allows a stock feed, we push updates there too.

Sometimes. If your POS has an API or a scheduled export, we integrate so the counter and the website share stock and sales. If it is a closed local system, the honest options are a manual sync routine or replacing it with our POS during the build. We check what your POS actually allows during discovery instead of promising it works.

Yes. Rates can be set by region, province or city, by weight, by parcel size or as a flat fee, with free-shipping thresholds and pickup as an option. Buyers see the real cost at checkout, which is where surprise freight charges kill carts. Courier bookings and tracking links follow automatically once the order is confirmed.

The store itself takes about 5 working days on Starter. Catalogue loading depends on you: a few hundred items with clean photos and descriptions can be imported in a day or two, and we set up a spreadsheet template plus a bulk import so your team is not encoding by hand. Larger or messier catalogues, we scope separately.
