A system that matches how your business already runs — not software you have to bend your business around.
Custom software development in the Philippines goes wrong for two reasons: the system gets built for someone else's business, or nobody supports it after launch.
An animated switchboard in which a Viber message, a paper walk-in form, a spreadsheet row and a supplier phone call are each routed by one switch into the Customers, Orders, Stock and Reports modules of a single business system.
Every message, form and call lands in one system instead of five group chats.

We map the way your branches, approvals and paperwork actually flow, then build that. No forcing your team into a foreign template with fields nobody fills in.
Every system ships with a 24/7 assistant trained on your own processes. Staff ask it how to void a receipt or close a shift instead of calling your one power user.
Point-of-sale, warehouse scanning and field forms run offline on the device and sync the moment the line comes back. Brownouts and provincial signal are design assumptions here, not surprises.
Sequential numbering, sales journals, Z-readings, VAT breakdowns and a locked audit trail — laid out the way your accountant and your BIR examiner expect to see them.
GCash and Maya, bank and card payments, QuickBooks or Xero, courier and logistics APIs, Shopee and Lazada stock, plus Messenger and Viber notifications your customers actually read.
Every user gets only the screens their role needs, every edit is logged with a name and timestamp, and the source code is handed to you at the end. No hostage situations.
Most system development in the Philippines starts with a feature list. We start by sitting with the people doing the work and following one transaction end to end.
You get: A written process map and fixed scope
Clickable screens plus the data model behind them, reviewed with your supervisors before we build anything expensive.
You get: Approved prototype and data structure
Modules ship one at a time on a staging server. You use each one with real scenarios and sign it off before we move on.
You get: Working modules on staging, milestone by milestone
We bring in your existing Excel files, records and balances, run a parallel period against your old process, then train each role.
You get: Live data loaded, training and written documentation
We host it on VenderIT Cloud, monitor it, and keep adding modules as branches and headcount grow.
You get: Live system, 1-year support and 1-year warranty

The ₱199,000 Business package covers a full enterprise build. Smaller single-module systems can sit inside Starter (₱99,000) or Pro (₱149,000, which adds a branded Android app). Multi-branch or multi-module platforms are scoped and quoted before anyone commits. Every package: 50% down with the rest released against milestones, free cloud hosting, admin panel and CMS, unlimited users, free training and documentation, 1-year support, 1-year warranty, and the free lifetime AI assistant.

Ask us directlyOur Business package is ₱199,000 for a full enterprise build, and simpler single-module systems can fit inside Starter at ₱99,000 or Pro at ₱149,000. Larger multi-branch platforms are scoped first and quoted before you commit a peso. Cost moves with the number of modules, branches, user roles and outside systems we have to connect — not with the number of pages. Terms are 50% down, the balance released against milestones you have signed off.
Buy off-the-shelf when your process is genuinely standard and the subscription is cheap. Build custom when the workarounds are the job — the Excel file beside the software, the Viber thread that holds the real approvals, the report someone rebuilds by hand every month. As a software development company in the Philippines we will tell you when an existing product is the better buy; we would rather lose the project than sell you a rebuild you did not need.
The Business package is built in 15 working days from the point we have your process map and approvals. Bigger platforms run longer and we break them into milestones — usually one module every two to three weeks — so you are using working software early instead of waiting months for a single reveal. Delays almost always come from data and approvals on the client side, so we agree those dates up front.
Yes. We push sales, purchases and payroll entries into QuickBooks or Xero where an API exists, and produce clean journal exports your bookkeeper can import when it does not. We also connect GCash and Maya, bank and card gateways, courier tracking, and Shopee or Lazada stock levels. If a supplier or bank has no API, we build a scheduled file exchange instead.
Any POS system in the Philippines that issues official receipts needs a BIR Permit to Use, and that permit is issued to you as the taxpayer, not to us. We build what it requires: sequential, non-resettable receipt numbering, Z-readings, sales journals, VAT and senior or PWD discount handling, backup copies and a locked audit trail. We prepare the documentation and sample outputs your RDO asks for, and support you through the application.
Yes, where it matters. POS terminals, warehouse scanners and field forms hold transactions locally and sync automatically once the connection returns, so a brownout or a dead provincial line does not stop you selling or receiving stock. Head-office reporting and dashboards stay online. We tell you at design stage which screens are offline-capable and which are not.
You do. The source code, the database and the data are yours, handed over at project close, and you can host them elsewhere or hire another developer any time. We keep them on VenderIT Cloud from ₱499 a month because it is easier for most clients, not because you are locked in.
CRM, ERP, POS, inventory, booking, HR and payroll are the common ones, plus vertical builds like a school management system with enrolment, sections, grades and tuition, or a clinic management system with patient records, queueing and prescriptions. We have documented over 100 system types under Business Systems — if yours is not listed, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it is a build or a configuration.
Tell us how your business works. We'll come back with a clear recommendation, a timeline and a price — no obligation.
