Domain Registration in the Philippines, Without the Renewal Panic

Registered in your business name, pointed correctly, locked, and renewed before anyone has to remember it.

Domain registration in the Philippines sounds like a five-minute job, and it is — until the renewal notice goes to a staff member who left, the site drops offline, and someone else registers the name.

What's included

01

Registered in your name, not ours

Your business is the registrant, with your details on the record and your access to the account. Some agencies register client domains under their own name and it only becomes a problem the day you want to leave. Ours never is.

02

.com, .ph and .com.ph handled together

We check availability, advise on which extensions are worth holding, and deal with the paperwork the local registry asks for on .ph and .com.ph names — usually proof that the name belongs to your registered business.

03

DNS set up and managed for you

A and CNAME records for the website, MX and TXT records for company email, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for deliverability, subdomains for staging or a portal. You get the record sheet; we make the changes when you need them.

04

Transfers in without downtime

Registrar lock lifted, auth code issued, TTLs lowered in advance, records copied before anything moves. Your site keeps serving and your mail keeps flowing through the transfer — the usual horror story is a transfer done before the DNS was mapped.

05

Locked, renewed and watched

Registrar lock on, auto-renew on, WHOIS privacy where the extension allows it, and expiry dates diarised with reminders that reach a person who still works with you. Lapsed domains are the most avoidable outage there is.

06

Variants and redirects that protect the brand

The common misspelling, the old trading name, the hyphenated version and your .ph pointing at your main .com. Registered and redirected so customers who guess wrong still land on you, not on a parked page selling ads.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

    Shortlist and check

We check what is available against how customers actually type and say your name, and advise which extensions are worth holding versus which are a waste of money.

You get: A shortlist with availability and renewal costs in writing

  2. STEP 2

    Register or transfer

New names are registered in your business's name. Existing names are released from registrar lock, authorised and moved with the DNS mapped first, so the site and mail never notice.

You get: The domain in your name, live throughout

  3. STEP 3

Point it at your site and your mail

Website records, mail records and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC entries that keep your messages out of spam folders, plus SSL issued once propagation completes.

You get: A DNS record sheet you keep

  4. STEP 4

    Lock, protect and diarise

Registrar lock, auto-renew, WHOIS privacy where allowed, and the expiry date on our calendar with reminders well before it falls due.

You get: Renewal dates and locks confirmed in your account

Pricing

Free .com domain for your first year with any build package

Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000 and Business ₱199,000 each include a free .com for twelve months, plus free hosting, company emails and a year of support. After the first year, renewal is billed at the registry price plus our handling and quoted in writing before it falls due — .ph and .com.ph names are priced by the local registry and cost more than a .com. Hosting continues from ₱499/month. DNS changes and transfers are part of the service, not billed by the ticket.

Take the .com as your main address if you can get it — Filipino customers still type .com out of habit, and it travels if you ever sell abroad. Hold the .ph or .com.ph as well when the name is available: it reads as local, protects the brand, and can redirect to your main address. If your .com is genuinely gone, a .com.ph is a solid primary for a business trading only here.

The local registry wants proof that the name belongs to your business, which normally means your DTI or SEC registration documents and matching contact details. We tell you exactly what to send, prepare the application, and deal with the back-and-forth. A .com has no such requirement — you can register it the same day, which is why most businesses start there.

A .com is free for your first year with any build package — Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000 or Business ₱199,000. After that it renews at the registry price plus our handling, and we quote that in writing before it falls due rather than surprising you on an invoice. Local .ph and .com.ph names are priced by the registry and cost noticeably more than a .com every year.

You do. Your business is the registrant, your details are on the record, and you have access to the account. We manage it because most owners would rather not think about DNS records, but nothing is held hostage. If you ever move to another provider, we release it with the auth code and help with the transfer instead of stalling.

Yes, and the order matters. We map every existing DNS record first, stand your site and mailboxes up on the new setup, lower TTLs a day or two ahead, then lift the registrar lock, take the auth code and start the transfer. Your website and email keep working through the whole process. Transfers themselves can take a few days at the registry — that part is out of everyone's hands, which is why we do the DNS work first.

The site and every company email address on that name stop working, usually within hours. After expiry there is a grace period, then a redemption period with a much higher fee, then the name goes back on the open market where anyone can take it. It is the most avoidable outage in this business, which is why we run auto-renew, registrar lock and diarised reminders on every domain we hold.

Yes. We can manage the DNS remotely at your existing registrar — we tell you which records to add, or you give us access and we set them. The only reason we usually recommend consolidating is practical: when the site, the mail and the name all live in one account, a change takes minutes instead of a week of chasing a registrar helpdesk.
