There are two ways we price it. Fixed scope starts at ₱99,000 for a complete build with hosting, domain and a year of support, and runs to ₱199,000 for enterprise work. A dedicated developer is quoted per role, per month, after a 30-minute scoping call — the figure moves with seniority, stack and how many overlap hours you need. No recruitment fee, no placement fee, and no equipment, office or benefits cost on your side.

Our team hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm Philippine time (UTC+8). That is a full shared day with Singapore and Hong Kong, five to six hours with Sydney and Melbourne, and the first part of the morning for London. For the US and Canada we run a shifted schedule and write a fixed overlap window into the contract, usually four hours against your business day. The AI assistant on anything we host answers 24/7 regardless.

English is an official language of the Philippines and the medium of instruction from primary school through university, so everyday fluency is not the risk. Technical communication is, and that is what we test: a written brief, a live call with you, and a walkthrough of their own code in English. If a candidate cannot argue a design decision with you on a video call, they are not put forward.

We do not post a job ad against your spec and hope. The engineers you meet are already on our bench and have shipped work across our 500+ delivered projects, so their track record is ours to answer for. On top of that you get their CV, real code from those projects, a technical exercise in your stack and a live interview. You approve the person before a single day is billed.

Your choice. With a dedicated development team we assign a project manager who runs standups, sprint planning, QA and reporting, and you deal with one person. With staff augmentation the engineer joins your standups, your Jira and your rituals, and your lead manages them like an in-house hire. Either way you have a named account contact here for contracts, replacements and escalation — never a ticket queue.

Tell us early. On a dedicated or augmented seat we replace the person at our cost and cover the handover; that clause and the notice period are agreed in writing before you start. On fixed-scope projects the structure already protects you — 50% down, the rest released only against milestones you have tested and signed off. Nothing auto-renews, and we do not ask for a 12-month lock-in.

You do. An NDA is signed before we see anything of yours, and the master agreement assigns all source code and IP to you. Work is committed to your repositories and deployed into your cloud accounts, not ours, with access granted per person and revoked the day someone leaves the engagement. We operate under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will sign your NDA, DPA or security addendum instead of ours if you prefer.

Fixed-scope projects are 50% down with the balance released against milestones, and we issue an official receipt for every payment. Team engagements are invoiced monthly, itemised by role and by days covered, so you can check the bill against your own sprint board. Clients abroad normally pay by international bank transfer; GCash and Maya are there if you hold a local account. We quote and invoice in pesos and fix that peso figure in the contract, so an exchange-rate swing cannot re-price you halfway through the engagement.
