Property & Construction

A real estate website in the Philippines built to capture enquiries and book viewings

Every enquiry captured, qualified and followed up — including the ones that land at midnight.

Most real estate websites in the Philippines are galleries: good photos, a contact form, and a number nobody answers at 10pm.

Listings · live

An animated property search: map pins filter down by budget and town until a shortlisted Cainta townhouse is selected, with its price, floor area and location shown on a listing card.

Buyers filter by budget and area, shortlist your homes, then message you directly.

Where the hours go

  • Posting the same unit to your site, Facebook Marketplace and every broker group by hand
  • Enquiries scattered across Messenger, Viber, email and one agent's personal number
  • Answering the same price, turnover and financing questions twenty times a week
  • Viewing schedules kept in a group chat until two agents book the same unit
  • No record of who followed up which buyer, so warm leads go quiet
  • Sold and reserved units still showing as available on the website

What we automate for real estate

01

Listings updated once, published everywhere

Your team edits a unit once in the admin panel. Price, status, photos and floor plans update across the site, the search results and any partner feed you use.

02

Enquiries qualified before an agent sees them

The AI assistant asks budget, location, unit type and timeline, then hands your agent a lead worth calling instead of a name and a number.

03

Viewing bookings straight into the calendar

Buyers pick a slot against real agent availability. Confirmations and reminders go out by email and SMS, and two agents stop booking the same unit.

04

Follow-up that runs without a reminder

Every enquiry gets an answer in seconds and a follow-up on day 1, day 3 and day 7 until an agent takes over or the buyer says stop.

05

Lead routing and ownership

Leads route by project, location or round robin. Every message, viewing and note sits on one record instead of on somebody's phone.

06

Status changes that clean up after themselves

Mark a unit reserved or sold and it drops out of search, updates the availability list and notifies the agents holding open enquiries on it.

Starter is ₱99,000 and goes live in about 5 working days — property search, listing pages, enquiry capture and the lifetime AI assistant. Pro at ₱149,000 adds a branded Android app for buyers and agents. Business at ₱199,000 covers developer-scale inventory, multiple projects, agent CRM and reservation tracking. Fifty percent down, the balance at milestones. Hosting, a .com domain, company emails, training and a year of support are included.

Yes. We build the filters your buyers actually use: city or barangay, price band, bedrooms, floor area, project, turnover date and status. Results can show on a map, and buyers can save a search and get an email when a matching unit is listed. Each unit page carries floor plans, payment terms and a brochure download, so the enquiry that reaches your agent is already an informed one.

The AI assistant answers it. It is trained on your projects, price lists, payment terms and turnover dates, so it handles the first three questions a buyer asks, then takes budget, location and timeline and offers a viewing slot. Your agent gets the lead by email and SMS with the whole conversation attached, and a follow-up goes out the next day if nobody has replied.

That is what the admin panel is for. Your team adds a unit, changes a price, marks a status as reserved or sold, and uploads photos and floor plans. The change appears everywhere that unit is shown, including search results and availability lists. Training and written documentation are included, and most sales admins are comfortable with it after one session.

Both, and they are different builds. A brokerage site needs inventory from many suppliers, agent profiles, lead routing and commission tracking. A developer site needs projects, buildings, unit inventory, reservation status and payment schedules. We settle which one you are during discovery. JCRZ Realty is the search-and-agent-listings model; Majent Property Services is commercial leasing.

Where a portal or CRM offers a feed or an API, we set up the export so your team still edits a listing once. Where it does not, the admin panel stays the single source and your staff copies from one place instead of rebuilding the listing for every channel. We confirm what is genuinely possible during discovery rather than promising it upfront.

Yes, in the Business package or as a separate real estate management system. It holds unit inventory, reservation status, buyer records, payment schedules and commission computation per agent. Smaller brokerages usually start with the website and lead routing, then add inventory and commissions once deal volume justifies it.
