The buyer experience
One search across every vendor, filters that match how your category is actually shopped, and a single cart that splits into separate vendor orders at checkout. Buyers track each parcel separately, rate the seller after delivery, and reorder in two taps. Sign-in works by mobile number, email or Messenger — not everyone has an email address they check.
The vendor storefront and app
Sellers register themselves, upload IDs and permits, then get a store page with their own logo, promos and shipping rules. Bulk upload by spreadsheet for 400 SKUs, stock per variant, an order queue with printable waybills, and an earnings dashboard that shows commission deducted and the exact date of the next payout.
The admin console
Approve or reject vendor applications with the documents attached, manage the category tree, moderate listings, hold disputed orders, issue refunds, run sitewide vouchers and sell featured placement. The control that matters most: suspending a seller mid-day and pulling their listings without touching anyone else's orders.
Payments built for Philippine buyers
GCash and Maya through PayMongo or Dragonpay, cards, over-the-counter, bank transfer with proof-of-payment upload, and cash on delivery with remittance reconciliation so you know which courier still owes you which orders. Shopify Payments is not available here, which is why we integrate local rails directly rather than working around a gateway that will not accept you.
Commissions, subscriptions and listing fees
Set commission by category, override it per vendor, apply a minimum fee on small baskets, and waive it during launch promos. Or charge a monthly store subscription instead. Or list free and sell placement. The engine supports all three because most marketplaces change their model once in the first year and you should not need a rebuild to do it.
Payouts and vendor ledgers
Order value is held until delivery is confirmed, then released on your payout schedule — weekly or twice a month is typical. Every vendor sees a running ledger of sales, commission, shipping subsidies, refunds and adjustments. Payout runs export as a batch bank or GCash file, with withholding computed and recorded so your accountant is not rebuilding it from screenshots.
Delivery and split fulfilment
Per-vendor shipping rules by weight and zone, flat rates, free-shipping thresholds and pickup. One buyer order becomes separate shipments booked to J&T Express or Lalamove, each with its own tracking. Returns route back to the vendor who shipped, with the refund and the commission reversal handled together.
