A payroll system built around Philippine cutoffs and contributions

Cutoff day stops being a two-day spreadsheet marathon with three people checking each other's arithmetic.

A payroll system in the Philippines lives or dies on the details: the 15th and 30th cutoff, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions, withholding tax, night differential, three kinds of holiday premium and 13th month pay in November.

Payroll · live

An animated HR panel where staff clock in by fingerprint, their logged hours total for the pay cutoff, and a payslip showing gross pay, deductions and net pay is computed and released.

Clock-ins become payslips automatically — no more late nights on payroll.

What it does

01

Pay runs on your cutoff, not a generic one

Semi-monthly on the 15th and end of month, weekly for site crews, or monthly for office staff — several schedules can run in the same company. A period locks once posted, so a correction becomes a documented adjustment on the next run instead of a silent edit to a closed payroll.

02

SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG from configurable tables

Employee and employer shares compute from bracket tables held as settings you can open and check line by line. When an agency issues a new schedule we update the table and re-run — no rebuild, no waiting for a software release. Your accountant should still verify the first live run against a manual computation.

03

Withholding tax on compensation

Tax computes from the BIR compensation table configured for your pay frequency, with taxable and non-taxable items separated properly — de minimis benefits, the 13th month and bonus threshold, and mandatory contributions deducted before tax. Year-end summaries give your accountant the per-employee detail behind the annual filings.

04

Overtime, night differential and holiday premiums

Regular overtime, rest day work, night differential hours, and the different rates for regular holidays and special non-working days, each computed from the approved hours rather than typed in. The premium rules are configured to your company policy where policy is more generous than the minimum.

05

Loans, deductions and cash advances

SSS and Pag-IBIG salary loans, company cash advances, uniform and equipment deductions, and canteen or coop charges, each with a running balance and an end date. A loan stops deducting when it is paid, which is the error manual payroll repeats most.

06

13th month pay and final pay

13th month computes from actual basic pay earned during the year, with a preview run so you can budget for it in October rather than discovering it in December. Final pay pulls the last worked days, unused leave conversion, outstanding loan balances and clearance deductions into one computation.

07

Payslips, registers and disbursement files

Payslips reach employees by email or self-service with every earning and deduction itemised. Your accountant gets the payroll register, contribution schedules and journal summary; your bank gets a payroll credit file in the format your bank asks for.

Answers before you ask

Ask us directly

Yes, from bracket tables held as settings rather than hard-coded rules. Employee and employer shares both compute, and the contribution schedules your accountant needs come out of the same run. When an agency publishes a new schedule we update the table for you and you can re-run affected periods. We ask your accountant to verify the first live run line by line against a manual computation.

No — accreditation attaches to your company's registered setup, not to a payroll product, and the application is made at your own Revenue District Office. What we can be concrete about is the output. The system produces payroll registers per cutoff, per-employee annual summaries of compensation and tax withheld, and contribution schedules laid out the way your accountant needs them to prepare the year-end filings. Filing itself goes through eBIRForms or eFPS and stays with your accountant. We supply the numbers and the system documentation behind them, and we do not promise an approval or a date.

From ₱99,000 for a single company running one or two pay schedules, and ₱199,000 when payroll sits on the same database as HR and timekeeping. Hosting is ₱499 a month after the free first year, with no per-employee fee at any tier. The comparison worth running is not against another product, it is against your current cutoff: count the hours two people spend on it twice a month, then add the corrections that a single keying error pushes into the next period.

Yes. Night differential hours, rest day work, regular holidays and special non-working days each carry their own rate, computed from approved hours coming out of timekeeping rather than keyed in by hand. Where your company policy is more generous than the statutory minimum, we configure your rate — the system follows your policy, and we flag anything that looks like it falls below the legal floor.

Yes. 13th month computes from actual basic pay earned during the year, and you can run a preview any month to budget for it early. Final pay pulls last worked days, unused leave conversion, outstanding loan balances and clearance deductions into one computation with a printable breakdown for the departing employee to sign.

Yes. The system computes, documents and files nothing on your behalf — actual filing happens through eBIRForms, eFPS and the agency portals, and remains your accountant's work. What changes is that they stop rebuilding the numbers in Excel. They review a register that already ties, and get the schedules and journal summary in a format they can post directly.

Not necessarily, but it helps. Payroll needs approved hours, overtime and leave, and it can take them from an Excel import or your existing timekeeping export. Running the HR module alongside removes that import step and the disputes it causes, since approvals and attendance already sit on the same database. Both together fit the ₱199,000 Business package.
