AI Business Platform

An AI CRM for small business teams who keep losing leads in the inbox

One pipeline that fills itself, and tells you which deal has gone quiet before the client does.

An AI CRM for small business should not need a full-time admin to keep it tidy.

Pipeline · live

An animated sales pipeline board where a new enquiry from Maria Santos moves from New to Quoted to Won, with each call and follow-up logged along the way.

Every enquiry lands on one board and gets chased until it turns into a job.

What it does

01

Every channel into one contact record

The same person who messaged your Facebook page in March and filled in a form in June is one record, matched on phone number and email — not two rows and a duplicate follow-up call that makes you look disorganised.

02

Source attribution that survives the handover

Each lead keeps the campaign, page or post that produced it, all the way to won or lost. At the end of the month you can see whether Facebook ads, Google or your Viber broadcast actually paid for themselves.

03

Stages you name, not a vendor's

A property developer's pipeline is not a hardware supplier's. We set your stages during the build — reservation, requirements, turnover, whatever your business actually calls them — and your team drags cards between them.

04

Notes, transcripts and files on every card

The full chat history, the quote you sent, the site photo, the call note. When a salesperson resigns or goes on leave, whoever picks up the account can read what was promised instead of starting again.

05

A next action on every open deal

The AI drafts one — call back Monday, send the revised quote, follow up on the deposit — and your team confirms or changes it. Anything with no next action and no movement for seven days gets flagged as stale.

06

Reports that answer where the money went

Conversion by source, by stage, by salesperson and by month, on one dashboard. Enough to see which channel to spend more on and which stage your deals keep dying in.

No. Unlimited users and unlimited records are included on every package, so putting your whole sales team, your branch managers and your admin staff in the CRM costs the same as putting one person in it. That is deliberate — a pipeline half the team is locked out of stops being accurate within a month.

Yes. Export your spreadsheet, Facebook lead forms or existing CRM to CSV and we map the columns during the build, including deduplication against numbers already in the system. Messy exports from three different sources are normal and we clean them as part of the project, not as a paid extra.

The channel is recorded automatically, and campaign, page and referrer are captured on web and ad-driven enquiries. A Messenger lead from a boosted post carries that post's identity; an organic search visitor carries the landing page. That attribution stays on the record through to won or lost.

Four things: it creates and de-duplicates records so nobody types them, summarises long conversations into a readable history, suggests the next action on each open deal, and flags deals that have gone silent. It does not close deals, discount, or message clients on its own. People still decide.

Yes. The pipeline works in a mobile browser, and on Pro (₱149,000) and Business (₱199,000) packages your branded Android app can carry it too. Field agents update a stage from a site visit instead of writing it on a notepad and forgetting by Friday.

Usually, yes. If you run HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or something in-house with an API, we can push new leads and their transcripts across during the build. We will tell you honestly if an integration is not worth the cost, in which case running the included pipeline is often cheaper than maintaining both.

It covers contacts, deals, stages, notes, tasks, attribution and reporting, which is what most Philippine SMEs need. If you need quoting, commissions, service contracts, multi-team territories or ERP links, that is a custom CRM build — see our CRM system page — and it is quoted separately.
