The Pamper House: the salon comes to the customer

Book salon, spa and beauty services at home, from a priced menu, with a confirmed appointment.

The Pamper House does not ask customers to come in. Its promise is on the first screen: book any salon, spa and beauty service at your own home.

The brief

Home-service beauty has two failure points that in-salon booking does not. The price has to be settled up front, because negotiating at someone's door is unacceptable to both sides. And the address has to be right, because a technician standing in the wrong subdivision is an hour of paid time gone. On top of that, most bookings were arriving through chat, which meant no record of what was agreed, no schedule anyone could see, and double-bookings that only surfaced on the day.

What we built

  • Led with the promise — services at your own home — so the model is understood before anyone browses a menu.
  • Published a priced service menu by category, removing the negotiation that makes home service awkward.
  • Built a request-to-confirmed booking flow, so a customer knows the difference between asking and having an appointment.
  • Put the location on a map at booking time, because the address is the part of a home-service job that most often goes wrong.
  • Grouped providers by nearby branch, so a booking goes to a team that can realistically reach the customer.

Inside the platform

01

Book at your own home

The core promise, stated on the first screen. Nails, hair, massage and beauty services delivered to the customer's address rather than in a salon chair.

02

Find branches near you

Providers are surfaced by proximity, so a booking lands with a team that can actually get there in the window promised.

03

Priced service menu by category

Nails, hair, massage and beauty, each service with its price. The money conversation is settled before anyone arrives at the door.

04

Booking request to confirmation

A clear two-step flow: the customer requests, the provider confirms. Nobody is left wondering whether a chat message counted as an appointment.

05

Location on a map

The address is captured and shown on a map at booking, because in home service the wrong address is the most expensive mistake available.

06

Admin panel behind it

Services, prices, branches and the appointment schedule managed by your team — one calendar everyone can see instead of a chat thread.

Questions

About this project

Ask us about it

No. It is home service: the customer books nails, hair, massage or beauty treatments to be delivered at their own address, and the provider travels to them. That changes the build — address capture and mapping matter far more, and the price has to be published rather than settled at the counter.

Yes. A booking app with a priced service menu, provider proximity, request-to-confirm flow and an admin schedule is a Pro build at ₱149,000, live in about 10 working days. If you need many independent providers listing on it, that becomes a marketplace build at ₱199,000.

Because home service without a published price forces a negotiation at someone's front door, which customers hate and providers lose. Publish a menu price for the standard version of each service and handle genuine extras as add-ons in the booking, so the number can move without the awkwardness.

One schedule, held in the system rather than in a chat thread. A slot that is taken stops being offered, and the confirmation step makes the state of every appointment explicit. Double bookings in beauty almost always trace back to two people reading the same Messenger conversation differently.

Yes. Providers are organised by branch and surfaced by proximity to the customer, so a booking goes to a team that can reach them. Each branch keeps its own schedule and service availability inside the same admin panel.
