Website Design & Development

Custom Web Application Development in the Philippines

The spreadsheet everyone edits and nobody trusts, replaced by a system with roles, rules and a record of who did what.

Custom web application development in the Philippines starts the day a website stops being enough — when customers need logins, staff need a dashboard, and the real work is happening in a shared spreadsheet three people are fighting over.

Routing · live

An animated switchboard in which a Viber message, a paper walk-in form, a spreadsheet row and a supplier phone call are each routed by one switch into the Customers, Orders, Stock and Reports modules of a single business system.

Every message, form and call lands in one system instead of five group chats.

What's included

01

Portals with real roles and permissions

Customers, staff, managers, branches and partners each get their own view. Who can approve, edit, export or delete is decided at the start — not worked out after somebody deletes a month of records.

02

Dashboards built on your actual numbers

Live figures pulled from your own data — sales, bookings, stock, collections, utilisation — instead of a report one person rebuilds in Excel every Monday morning and nobody else can reproduce.

03

Workflows that replace the spreadsheet

Requests, approvals, assignments, statuses and deadlines, with notifications by email, Messenger or Viber so work moves without somebody physically chasing it around the office.

04

Integrations with what you already run

Your website, POS, accounting tools, payment gateways, GCash and Maya, courier APIs, SMS and email. Data entered once and used everywhere, rather than typed into three systems and reconciled on Friday.

05

An audit trail you can defend

Every record created, edited, approved or deleted, timestamped against a user. Necessary the moment money moves, contracts change, or somebody asks who authorised what and when.

06

The lifetime AI assistant, inside the app

Staff ask it how to void a booking, run a report or reset a password instead of interrupting the one person who knows. Trained on your own processes and free for the life of the platform.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

Map the workflow you actually have

We sit with the people doing the work, follow one request from start to finish, and write down where the hours leak.

You get: A functional spec with user roles and rules

  2. STEP 2

    Prototype the screens that matter

Clickable versions of the two or three flows the business runs on, tested with the staff who will be in them every day.

You get: A clickable prototype and written sign-off

  3. STEP 3

    Build in sprints

Modules built and demoed in agreed chunks, so you steer while steering is still cheap rather than at the reveal.

You get: Working modules on staging each sprint

  4. STEP 4

Run a real week through it

Your team puts genuine bookings, invoices and awkward edge cases through the staging system before anything goes live.

You get: A trained team and written documentation

  5. STEP 5

    Launch, migrate and support

Cutover, data brought across from the spreadsheets and old systems, then a full year of support and warranty.

You get: Live application, migrated data, 1-year support

Pricing

Custom applications from ₱199,000, scoped and quoted against milestones

Business at ₱199,000 covers a 15-day enterprise build and is where most custom applications start — the logic is the product, so this is not a ₱99,000 website. Larger platforms with multiple branches, heavy integrations or complex permissions are scoped in writing first and quoted against milestones: 50% down, the rest released as modules are delivered. Hosting, company emails, training, documentation and a year of support and warranty are included.

Ask us directly

A website publishes information: pages you read, a form you send. A web application does work — users log in, records get created and changed, permissions apply, and the system holds state between visits. If your requirements contain the words login, dashboard, approval or report, you are describing an application. It costs more and takes longer because the logic, not the layout, is the product: from ₱199,000 rather than ₱99,000.

A web application runs in any browser, needs no installs and updates for everybody at once, which suits staff systems, client portals and dashboards. A mobile app earns its place when you need the camera, GPS, offline use or a home-screen icon customers tap daily. Plenty of clients need both, which is why our Pro package at ₱149,000 includes a branded Android app alongside the web build.

Business builds run to a 15-day schedule against a defined scope. Larger platforms take longer and we say so before you commit — a multi-branch system with three integrations is not a two-week job, and anyone promising that is quoting for something else. You get a milestone schedule with dates, and you see working modules on staging as they land rather than one reveal at the end.

Yes. Code, database, design files and documentation are yours, and we hand over a repository copy on request. There is no per-seat licence and no user cap: unlimited users and unlimited records are included, so a system that works does not get more expensive simply because more of your team started using it.

If it exposes an API, yes — QuickBooks, Xero, payment gateways, courier systems, SMS and email providers, and any POS or inventory system we build. Where a system has no API, the fallback is usually scheduled file import and export, which works but is slower and worth knowing about before you plan around it. We check integration feasibility during scoping, not after you have paid.

Role-based permissions defined during scoping, HTTPS throughout, hashed credentials, session controls, rate-limited logins and an audit trail on every record change. It runs on VenderIT Cloud with daily backups and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. For staff working outside the office, access is restricted by role rather than left open to anyone who has the URL.

Sometimes, and we will say so. If a standard product covers your process at a monthly fee you are happy to pay indefinitely, buy it. Custom makes sense when the software would force your team to work differently, when per-user subscription costs scale with headcount you plan to grow, or when the process itself is your advantage. We scope both honestly before quoting either.
