Booking against real doctor availability
Patients pick a specialty, a doctor and a slot from schedules the doctors control themselves, with clinic hours, leave and consultation lengths respected. Repeat patients rebook with their history attached. Slots hold briefly during checkout and release if payment is not completed.
Payment before the consultation, receipts after
GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer settles the fee at booking, so your doctors are not chasing payment after a consult that already happened. Different fees per doctor, per specialty and per follow-up are supported, with official receipts issued and refunds recorded against the booking.
A video room that survives Philippine mobile data
The consultation opens from a link in a browser — no app to install, on Android or iPhone. Video drops to audio when bandwidth collapses rather than freezing, the waiting room shows the patient where they are in the queue, and either side can rejoin the same room after a disconnection.
Consultation notes and the patient record
Your doctor writes the note in the same window as the call, using templates your practice defines. History, previous consultations, uploaded photos, lab results and issued documents live on one patient record that both the online and walk-in sides of your clinic read from.
Prescriptions and requests as issued documents
Your doctor issues the document; the platform formats it with their name, licence details and signature, gives it a reference number, delivers it to the patient and keeps a copy on the record. Whether a pharmacy or laboratory accepts an electronic copy is set by that pharmacy and the prevailing rules, not by us.
Doctor console, queue and multi-specialty roster
One screen per doctor: today's queue, the next patient's history, the note, the documents to issue and the follow-up booking. Practices running several specialties or a roster of associates get routing, per-doctor fees and a payout report per cut-off.
Access control, audit trail and data handling
Role-based logins for doctors, nurses, admin and billing, encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, and an audit trail of every record opened or changed. Access is revoked in one screen when an associate leaves. Your privacy officer gets the controls; the policy decisions stay yours.
