Build an e-learning platform students actually finish

Every learner's progress, score and certificate in one place — and lessons that load on mobile data.

E-learning platform development in the Philippines has one hard constraint that overseas platforms ignore: your learners are on phones, often on mobile data, sometimes in a province with one bar of signal.

Enrolment · live

An animated school portal: a new student enrols onto a Grade 7 roster, the one open period on the weekly class timetable is assigned a subject, her first quiz mark is posted, and her tuition payment clears.

Run enrolment, timetables, grades and tuition from one school portal.

What it does

01

Course, module and lesson builder

Structure a course into modules and lessons your instructors can edit without a developer. Video, text, slides, downloadable PDFs and links in any order, with drip release by date or by completion so learners do not skip to the last module on day one.

02

Quizzes, assignments and a question bank

Multiple choice, true or false, matching, short answer and file-upload assignments. Questions live in a bank so each attempt draws a different set, with time limits, attempt caps, randomised order and pass marks you set per assessment. Auto-scored items mark themselves; written work goes to an instructor queue.

03

Progress tracking and completion rules

Completion is defined by you — watch the video, pass the quiz, submit the assignment — not by a checkbox the learner ticks. Progress is saved as they go, so a dropped connection resumes where they stopped rather than restarting the lesson.

04

Certificates issued on passing

A branded certificate generated automatically when the completion rules are met, carrying the learner's name, course, date and a unique verification code an employer can check on your site. Reissue and revoke are both possible, and every issuance is logged.

05

Enrolment, cohorts and payments

Sell a single course, a bundle or an all-access subscription with GCash, Maya or card, or enrol learners in bulk for a corporate batch. Cohorts run to a schedule with their own start dates and instructors, while self-paced learners work through the same material on their own time.

06

Instructor and admin consoles

Instructors see their cohorts, the assignments waiting to be marked and the learners who have stalled. Admins see enrolment against completion by course, average scores, the questions most people get wrong, and who has not logged in for two weeks — the report that lets you intervene while it still matters.

07

The AI assistant, included for life

It answers enrolment questions, explains what a course covers and what it costs, and points existing learners to the lesson or policy they are asking about, on your site and Messenger at any hour. Included free rather than billed monthly.

That is the constraint we design around. Video is delivered adaptively so a weak connection drops to a lower quality rather than buffering to a stop, lessons load in pieces instead of one heavy file, and reading material can be downloaded for offline study. Progress is saved continuously, so a learner who loses signal mid-lesson resumes at the same point instead of starting the module again.

Concurrent session limits, device registration and login alerts on the account. You can also make completion depend on a proctored final assessment, or require the certificate name to match the enrolled learner. No platform stops sharing entirely; the practical goal is to make it inconvenient enough that paying is easier, and to know which accounts to look at.

Yes, on the same platform. Public courses can be sold individually, as a bundle or on an all-access subscription paid through GCash, Maya or card. Internal training runs alongside as private courses with learners enrolled in bulk from your staff list. Reporting keeps the two separate so revenue and compliance completion are never mixed in the same figure.

They carry a verification code that resolves to a page on your own domain showing the learner name, course and date, which is what an employer will check. Any formal accreditation of your programme — TESDA, CPD units, a professional body — is between you and that body. We build the issuance, the record and the verification; the recognition is yours to secure.

Yes. Instructors get an editor for their own courses only — adding lessons, uploading video, editing quiz questions and marking assignments — without touching anyone else's material or the platform settings. Changes can be set to publish immediately or to route for review first, which is worth switching on once you have more than a handful of instructors.

A school management system runs the institution: enrolment, sections, grades, report cards and tuition. An e-learning platform runs the learning: lessons, assessment, progress and certificates. A school usually needs both and we connect them, so a learner enrolled in the school system appears in their online classes without being registered twice.

You do — the videos, the material, the question bank and the learner records, exportable at any time. We host it and keep it running, but nothing is locked to us. This matters more than it sounds if you are considering an overseas course marketplace, where your material and your students both sit on someone else's platform under their terms.
