A membership website that signs people up, renews them and gates what they paid for

Members join themselves, renew before they lapse, and only see what their tier paid for.

Membership website development in the Philippines usually replaces the same setup: a registration form, a spreadsheet of members, and someone manually chasing renewals every month.

Packages · live

An animated pricing panel comparing three website packages — Starter at 99,000 pesos, Pro at 149,000 and Business at 199,000 — above one shared list showing that an admin panel, SEO setup, an AI assistant, hosting with SSL, team training and a mobile-ready build are included in all three.

One clear price covers the build, hosting, training and your AI assistant.

What it does

01

Tiers with benefits that mean something

Define each level with its own price, term, benefits and access rules — a monthly gym tier, an annual association fee, a lifetime founding member. Members see exactly what upgrading gives them, and the system enforces it rather than relying on staff to remember who is entitled to what.

02

Sign-up and payment in one flow

Application, membership agreement, ID or document upload where you need it, and first payment through GCash, Maya or card, finished on a phone in a few minutes. New members are active immediately; applications needing approval sit in a queue with the documents attached.

03

Gated content and areas

Programmes, videos, resource libraries, price lists, event registrations and forum areas released by tier and by status. A lapsed member loses access on the day their term ends rather than three months later when somebody notices.

04

Renewals that happen before the lapse

Reminders go out on your schedule — 30 days, 7 days, on the day — by email, SMS or Messenger, each with a payment link. Cards renew automatically where the member has agreed; GCash, Maya and bank transfer members get a reminder and a link, which is how most Philippine renewals actually get paid.

05

Member directory and profiles

A searchable directory by name, chapter, industry or specialisation, with each member controlling what is public. For associations and business groups this is often the benefit that sells the membership, and it stays accurate because members maintain their own profiles.

06

Check-in, events and attendance

QR check-in at the door or the gym counter, capacity limits on classes and events, waitlists, and attendance history per member. Staff verify a valid membership at a glance instead of scrolling a list, and you learn which members have quietly stopped coming.

07

Admin view of the things that matter

Active, lapsing and lapsed counts, revenue by tier, joins against cancellations, and the members who have not logged in or checked in for a month. Export to Excel for the board report, because the board will ask for Excel.

GCash, Maya, card and bank transfer are all supported. Card members can be set to renew automatically. GCash and Maya members get a reminder with a payment link before their term ends and confirm the payment themselves — which is how most Philippine memberships renew in practice, since card penetration is low and members prefer to decide each cycle.

Every page, file, video, event and forum area carries the tiers that may see it. Access is checked at the moment of viewing against the member's current tier and status, not at login, so downgrading or lapsing takes effect the same day. Direct file links are protected too — a member cannot forward a video URL to someone who never paid.

You decide the sequence and we configure it: a grace period of the length you choose, reminders during it, then access removed while the record and history are kept. Lapsed members appear in a win-back list with what they used to pay and when they last checked in, so re-joining is one link rather than a fresh application.

Yes, on the Business package. Chapters get their own officers, their own member lists and their own events, while national sees the consolidated roll and total dues collected. Members are assigned to a chapter at sign-up and can be transferred with their history intact, which matters for associations where seniority and continuous membership count.

Yes. Loyalty rewards behaviour you already have — points for the purchases customers were going to make anyway. Membership sells access: someone pays a fee and receives something non-members do not get. They pair well, and we often build both, but the mechanics differ enough that trying to run a paid membership out of a points system usually collapses at renewal time.

Yes. Bookings check the member's tier for entitlement and price, so a premium tier can see slots or rates that a basic tier cannot, and class capacity and waitlists are enforced. Attendance is written back to the member record, which is what turns a membership list into something you can actually manage retention with.

Yes, and the part that needs your decisions is not the names — it is the dates. Every row has to land on go-live day as active, in grace or lapsed, which takes both a join date and a paid-through date per member. Where your sheet carries one and not the other, those members come to you on a list to rule on rather than being guessed at, because a wrong paid-through date means someone is chased for a renewal they already settled. Original join dates transfer untouched, so seniority and continuous-membership years survive the move — the detail associations care about most. Members set their own password from an invite; nobody is issued one.
