Know where every unit is, and what it costs to run, with a fleet management system

Cost per kilometre by unit and by driver, instead of a shoebox of fuel receipts.

A fleet management system tells you where every unit is, what it cost to run today, and which one is overdue for service.

Dispatch · live

An animated dispatch map: a courier travels a drawn route from a store in Pasig to a customer in Cainta while a tracker advances from Placed to Picked up, On the way and Delivered.

Customers see exactly where their order is, so your phone stops ringing.

What it does

01

Live tracking and trip history

Positions from the GPS trackers already fitted to your units on one map, with trip replay, stop duration, idling time and geofence alerts when a unit enters or leaves a depot, plant or customer site.

02

Dispatch and trip records

Assign a unit, a driver and a route, then track the trip from departure to return. Delivery receipts, gate passes and proof of arrival are photographed by the driver and attached to the trip.

03

Fuel logs and cost per kilometre

Every fill-up is logged with litres, price, odometer and receipt photo. The system computes kilometres per litre and cost per kilometre per unit and per driver, so an unusual number is visible in days, not at year-end.

04

Preventive maintenance and repairs

Service schedules by odometer or date — PMS, oil, tyres, brakes — with alerts before they are due. Repairs, parts and downtime are recorded against the unit so you can see which vehicle is quietly eating your margin.

05

Driver records and accountability

Licences with expiry dates, medical and training records, assigned unit, trip history, fuel efficiency, and incidents or violations. Drivers see their own schedule and submit reports from an Android phone.

06

Registration, insurance and permit alerts

LTO registration, insurance, franchise and permit dates tracked per unit, with reminders weeks ahead. A unit with an expired document can be flagged so dispatch does not send it out.

07

AI assistant for customer enquiries

The free lifetime assistant answers where a shipment is, what a route costs and whether a unit is available, on your website and Messenger, so your dispatcher is not answering the same question forty times a day.

Questions

Answers before you ask

Ask us directly

No. We read from the trackers you already have where the supplier provides an API or data feed, which is the cheaper path for most operators. If your units have nothing fitted, we will tell you what to look for and you buy direct from a hardware supplier — we do not mark up hardware. The system also works on driver phone location alone if you are starting small.

Yes, for trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery photos, signatures and status updates through an Android app or a mobile web page. Phone-based location gives you approximate tracking for free. Fixed GPS units are better for tamper resistance, engine data and units that change drivers, so many fleets run both.

From the odometer readings on trips and the fuel, maintenance, parts and repair costs logged against each unit. Divide one by the other and you get cost per kilometre per vehicle, per route and per driver. Add fixed costs like registration and insurance and you get the number that tells you which units to retire.

Yes. Each unit carries its registration, insurance, franchise and permit expiry dates, and the system alerts your admin staff weeks in advance by email or SMS. You can set a rule that blocks dispatch on a unit with an expired document, so nobody sends out a truck that should not be on the road.

Yes, through a tracking link or a status page tied to the trip, without giving them access to the rest of your fleet. The AI assistant can answer the same question in a Messenger chat. Between the two, most of the where-is-my-delivery calls stop reaching your dispatcher.

From ₱99,000, including the build, hosting, a .com domain, company emails, training and a year of support and warranty. Pro is ₱149,000 with a branded Android driver app, Business ₱199,000 for multi-depot operations. There is no per-vehicle monthly licence, so growing the fleet does not grow the software bill. GPS hardware and SIM data are separate.
