Dispatch, track and prove every drop with a delivery management system

Every delivery ends with a photo, a name and a time — not a driver's word three days later.

A delivery management system in the Philippines has to survive real conditions: traffic that turns a four-drop route into a full day, addresses that are a landmark and a barangay rather than a street number, riders on prepaid data, and cash collected at the door.

Dispatch · live

An animated dispatch map: a courier travels a drawn route from a store in Pasig to a customer in Cainta while a tracker advances from Placed to Picked up, On the way and Delivered.

Customers see exactly where their order is, so your phone stops ringing.

What it does

01

A dispatch board instead of a group chat

Today's drops in one view, assigned by zone, vehicle type and how much a rider can actually carry. Reassign a drop when someone calls in sick and the rider's list updates on their phone — no forwarding screenshots, no two riders arriving at the same address.

02

Route sequencing that respects Manila traffic

Drops ordered into a sensible run with time windows honoured, so the 9am-to-12nn commitment is not scheduled after the far barangay. Riders see the next stop with a map link, and the dispatcher sees where the run is against plan without ringing anyone.

03

A rider app built for weak signal

The drop list, contact number, notes and amount to collect are held on the phone. Handover is captured offline — photo, recipient name, signature, timestamp and GPS pin — and syncs the moment there is a bar of data. Low data use, because most riders are on prepaid.

04

Proof of delivery you can produce on demand

Every completed drop keeps the photo, the name of who received it, the time and the location pin, searchable by date, customer or reference. When a client says the delivery never arrived, you answer in seconds with evidence rather than opening an investigation.

05

COD collection and remittance that ties out

Amounts due are shown per drop, collected amounts are confirmed at handover, and each rider closes the shift against a total. Short amounts appear the same day, against the rider and the specific drop, instead of being discovered in a bank reconciliation weeks later.

06

Failed drops, reattempts and returns

Recipient not home, wrong address, refused, unreachable — each failure is captured with a reason and a photo, then queued for a reattempt or a return to origin. Your failure reasons by area become the report that tells you which zones need a call-ahead policy.

07

Customer tracking without a phone call

The recipient gets a link showing status and an arrival window, plus an SMS or Messenger update when the rider is on the way. Your dispatcher stops spending the afternoon answering where is my delivery, which is usually the single biggest time saving in the build.

Yes. The drop list, notes and collection amounts are stored on the phone at the start of the run, and handover capture — photo, name, signature, time and GPS pin — is written locally then uploaded when data returns. Riders working through a mall basement or a provincial dead spot keep completing drops, and dispatch sees them appear in order once the phone reconnects.

It is built for prepaid loads. Photos are compressed before upload, map tiles are only fetched when a rider opens navigation, and the drop list syncs in small batches rather than streaming a live position every second. Live tracking is on by default during an active run and can be limited to shift hours if your riders raise it, which is a fair thing for them to raise.

Each completed drop keeps a timestamped photo, the printed name and signature of whoever received it, and a GPS pin recorded on the device at the moment of capture. Search by reference, customer or date and produce it in seconds. It will not settle every argument, but it moves most of them from someone's memory to a record with a time and a place on it.

Yes, and this is usually where the money leaks. Each drop carries the amount due, collection is confirmed at handover, and every rider closes the shift against a remittance total. Discrepancies surface the same day against a named rider and a specific drop. Partial collections and customer-side price disputes are recorded with a reason rather than netted off quietly.

Both, on the same board. Nearby zones go to your own riders; overflow, peak hours or far drops can be pushed to a booked courier, with the external tracking reference held against the same order so your customer only ever sees one status. That mix is what most Philippine teams actually run, especially in the weeks before Christmas.

Yes. Orders can flow in from your online store, your order management system or a CSV drop from a marketplace, so dispatch is not retyping addresses from a spreadsheet. If your orders currently arrive by Messenger and Viber, we can capture them into the system through a form or the AI assistant so the dispatch board is the single list for the day.

The build takes 5 to 15 working days depending on package. Rider adoption usually takes one to two weeks and depends on one decision: dispatch stops accepting drop confirmations by chat. Once a completed drop only counts if it was closed in the app, the group chat goes quiet within days. We train riders on their own phones during handover.
