Fill rooms and run the front desk with one hotel management system

A booking engine you own, and a front desk that can never sell the same room twice.

A hotel management system has two jobs: fill the rooms, and stop the front desk from selling the same one twice.

Bookings · live

An animated week booking calendar for a clinic: patients fill open time slots themselves, a two-hour appointment visibly holds the hour beneath it so the slot cannot be double-booked, and an automatic reminder is sent before the visit.

Patients book their own slot, reminders do the chasing, and nobody gets booked twice.

What it does

01

Booking engine on your own website

Guests see real availability, pick dates and a room type, and pay a deposit or the full amount by GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer. The reservation lands in your system instantly — no commission taken off the top.

02

Availability calendar and rate plans

One calendar for every room and unit, with weekday, weekend, holiday, promo and long-stay rates, minimum-stay rules and blackout dates. Overbooking is blocked at the point of sale, not discovered at check-in.

03

Front desk, check-in and folio

Walk-ins, phone bookings and online reservations all draw from the same inventory. Room charges, restaurant orders, laundry and extras post to the guest folio, and check-out prints one bill.

04

Housekeeping and maintenance board

Room status moves from dirty to cleaned to inspected to ready, updated by housekeeping from a phone. Maintenance issues are raised against the room and the room stays out of inventory until it is cleared.

05

Guest profiles and repeat stays

Every stay attaches to a guest profile with preferences, past bookings and spend. Send returning guests a direct-booking rate the OTAs cannot see, and stop paying to reach a guest you already had.

06

Occupancy and revenue reporting

Occupancy, average room rate, revenue by room type, source and period, and the split between direct and OTA bookings — so you can see what your own channel is actually worth.

07

AI assistant for enquiries

The free lifetime assistant answers rates, room types, pet policies, check-in times and directions on your website and Messenger at 2 AM, then takes the booking or hands the guest to your desk.

Connects with

  • GCash, Maya, card and bank transfer payments
  • Email and SMS confirmations

No, and it should not. The OTAs bring you guests who have never heard of you, which is worth paying for. What this changes is the guest who searches your hotel by name, or the one who stayed last year — those should book on your own site at no commission. Most properties end up running both and shifting the mix over time.

Where your channel manager offers an API, yes — rates and availability push out and reservations come back in, so one calendar stays true. If you are not on a channel manager, we can keep OTA allotments blocked as held inventory and reconcile daily, which is how many smaller Philippine properties run.

You decide. Common setups are a fixed reservation fee, a percentage deposit, one night's rate, or full prepayment for promo rates. Guests pay by GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer, and the balance shows on the folio at check-in. Cancellation and refund rules are set per rate plan.

Your front desk enters them directly and they draw from the same inventory as online bookings, so the room count is always one number. Phone enquiries that come in after hours get answered by the AI assistant, which can hold or take the booking instead of letting the guest call the next hotel.

Yes, on the Business build. Each property keeps its own rooms, rates, staff and housekeeping, while ownership sees occupancy and revenue across all of them in one view. Guests carry a single profile between properties, so a returning guest is recognised wherever they book.

From ₱99,000 for a single property, including the booking engine, hosting, a .com domain, staff emails, training and a year of support and warranty. Pro is ₱149,000 with a branded Android app, Business ₱199,000 for groups. There is no per-room or per-booking fee, so a busy month costs you nothing extra.
