A reservation system that holds the table, the room and the deposit

Every table, room and time slot on one calendar, with the deposit already paid.

A reservation system in the Philippines lives or dies on two things: whether the calendar is right, and whether the guest turns up.

Bookings · live

An animated week booking calendar for a clinic: patients fill open time slots themselves, a two-hour appointment visibly holds the hour beneath it so the slot cannot be double-booked, and an automatic reminder is sent before the visit.

Patients book their own slot, reminders do the chasing, and nobody gets booked twice.

What it does

01

One calendar for everything you can reserve

Tables, function rooms, cottages, courts, boats, equipment and staff each carry their own capacity and rules. A confirmed reservation blocks that resource everywhere at once, so the website cannot sell the 6pm slot the phone sold four minutes ago.

02

Website, Messenger and phone bookings in one queue

Guests book themselves on your site. Messenger and Viber enquiries are turned into reservations in a few taps, and the person answering the landline uses the same screen. Every booking carries its source, so you finally know how many covers Facebook is really worth.

03

Deposits and cancellation rules that cut no-shows

Charge a fixed deposit, a per-head amount or the full booking by GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer. Unpaid holds release themselves after the window you set. Your own refund and reschedule policy is shown before payment and enforced after it.

04

Party sizes, cut-offs and holding windows

Minimum heads for a function room, lead time for a whole-venue booking, last-call cut-off before service, blackout dates, holiday capacity and table combinations that only open for large groups. The rules live in the system instead of in one supervisor's head.

05

Waitlist, rescheduling and cancellations

A cancelled slot is offered to the waitlist automatically, in order. Guests move their own booking from a link instead of calling during service, and every change is logged against the reservation so nobody argues about what was agreed.

06

Guest records and repeat reservations

Past visits, party sizes, seating preferences, celebrations, allergies the guest declared and no-show count sit on one profile. Regulars get flagged to the floor before they arrive, and a repeat booking takes three taps instead of a fresh form.

07

Reports on covers, utilisation and no-shows

Covers by day-part, utilisation per table or room, deposit-secured revenue against unpaid holds, no-show rate by source, and the weekday hours you are quietly giving away. Filter by branch, export to Excel for the owners' meeting.

Yes, because all three write to the same calendar. A slot is held the moment a booking starts and released if the deposit is not paid inside your window. The staff member on the landline sees the same availability a guest sees online, so the only way to double-book is to overrule the system deliberately, which is logged.

Yes. GCash, Maya, card and bank transfer are all supported through PayMongo or Xendit, and you choose whether the deposit is a fixed amount, a per-head charge or the full booking value. The reservation only confirms once payment clears, and the receipt is emailed automatically with your cancellation terms attached.

By SMS, email, Messenger or Viber — whichever your guests actually open, and you can use more than one. A typical setup sends a confirmation immediately, a reminder the day before and a short nudge on the morning itself, each with a one-tap link to confirm, reschedule or cancel so you learn about a cancellation before service, not during it.

Yes. Each resource type gets its own capacity, duration, pricing and rules, and they share one calendar. A function room can require a minimum head count and three days' notice while a table needs neither, and a whole-venue booking can be set to close every other resource for that period automatically.

Three things, and they compound. Deposits make the no-show cost the guest something. Confirmation links let people cancel early enough for the slot to be resold. And the no-show count on each guest profile lets you require a deposit from repeat offenders while regulars keep booking with a tap.

The appointment system is built around staff and services — a stylist, a doctor, a consultant and the length of what they do. This one is built around resources and capacity: tables, rooms, cottages, courts, party sizes and cut-off times. Venues that need both, like a resort with a spa, get the two running on one calendar.
