Keep the counter, the kitchen and the stockroom on one restaurant management system

Sales keep ringing when the internet drops, and ingredients come off stock as the orders go out.

A restaurant management system keeps the counter, the kitchen and the stockroom telling the same story.

Kitchen · live

An animated kitchen order rail where tickets move from new to cooking to ready, while a regular customer's rewards card fills its last stamp and unlocks a free item.

Every order lands in the kitchen, and every regular earns rewards automatically.

What it does

01

POS that survives a brownout

Orders, discounts and payments keep working on a local cache when the connection drops, then sync when it returns. Cash, GCash, Maya and card are all captured on the same ticket.

02

Kitchen tickets by station

Orders print or display at the station that cooks them — grill, drinks, dessert — with modifiers and allergy notes attached. Servers stop walking to the kitchen to ask if table 6 is ready.

03

Online ordering on your own site

Pickup, dine-in QR ordering and delivery within the zones you draw on a map. Orders arrive straight in the kitchen queue, and you keep the margin a delivery app would have taken.

04

Recipe-level stock control

Set what goes into each dish and ingredients deduct as you sell. Daily usage versus actual count shows spoilage and shrinkage while it is still a small number, not at inventory day.

05

Multi-branch and commissary

One menu and price list pushed to every branch, with local overrides where you need them. Branch-to-branch transfers, commissary requisitions and consolidated sales in a single view.

06

Discounts, voids and staff accountability

Senior citizen and PWD discounts, promos, voids and refunds are each recorded against the staff member who processed them, with manager approval where you set one. Shift totals reconcile against the drawer.

07

Sales reporting that answers real questions

Best and worst sellers, sales per hour, average ticket, payment mix and branch comparison — enough to decide what to cut from the menu and when to add staff.

Connects with

  • GCash and Maya QR payments
  • Card terminals
  • Thermal receipt and kitchen printers
  • Cash drawers and barcode scanners
  • Messenger and Viber for orders and enquiries
  • SMS order notifications
  • Sales export for your accountant or bookkeeper

Questions

Yes. The terminal holds the menu, prices and open tickets locally, so orders, discounts and payments keep going through a brownout or a dead connection. When the line comes back, everything syncs to the cloud and your reports fill in. That is the difference between losing a lunch service and not noticing.

No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise in passing. BIR accreditation applies to a specific machine and software version registered with your RDO, not to software in general. Our system runs your operations — orders, kitchen, stock, staff and reports — alongside your BIR-registered machine, and exports sales data your bookkeeper can use. We will tell you exactly what applies to your setup before you buy.

Yes. Discounts are applied per line or per bill with the customer's ID details captured on the ticket, and each one is recorded against the cashier who processed it. You can require manager approval above a set amount. Discount totals appear separately in the daily report rather than being buried in sales.

Straight into the same queue as counter orders, tagged as pickup or delivery with the time promised. Nobody re-encodes a screenshot from Messenger. Delivery orders carry the address, the zone fee and the rider assignment, and the customer gets a status update by SMS or Messenger.

Yes. Each branch runs its own terminals and stock, and you get a consolidated view — sales by branch and hour, best sellers per location, payment mix and discount totals. Prices and the menu can be pushed from head office with per-branch overrides where a location needs them.

From ₱99,000 for a single outlet, including the system, hosting, a .com domain, business emails, staff training and a year of support and warranty. Pro at ₱149,000 adds a branded Android app for ordering and loyalty. Business at ₱199,000 covers chains and commissary setups. Hardware such as terminals and printers is separate and you can reuse what you have.
