Beauty & Wellness
A home-service booking marketplace with rated therapists, partner salons and time-slot scheduling.
iMassage is a marketplace for services that arrive at your door.

The brief
In a home-service marketplace the customer is inviting a stranger into their home, which makes trust the product. Anonymous slots do not sell; a named provider with a rating does. The second problem is scheduling: 'sometime Tuesday' is not a booking, and evening demand in wellness is heavy enough that vague time windows collide constantly. iMassage needed provider identity front and centre, and a time-slot model granular enough to hold an evening's worth of appointments without conflicts.
What we built
Massage, hair, spa, aesthetics, nails, skin, eyebrows and makeup. Broad enough to be a wellness marketplace, specific enough to browse in one tap.
Both shown before booking. A home appointment costs the customer an evening as well as a fee, and the listing should say so.
The customer books a named person with a visible rating. In home service, that is the entire trust mechanism.
Established salons list alongside independent providers, so the platform builds supply without fragmenting into two catalogues.
Morning, afternoon, evening and night slots on a date picker. Precise enough to prevent collisions on the evenings everyone wants.
Part of the booking, not an afterthought. The provider leaves knowing exactly where they are going.
Both are home service, but iMassage is built as a marketplace: providers have their own profiles and ratings, partner salons list alongside independents, and the customer chooses a person. The Pamper House is closer to a single brand delivering its own service menu. The booking engine is similar; the supply model is not.
Yes. A marketplace with provider profiles, ratings, categorised services, slot booking and address handling is a Business build at ₱199,000, live in about 15 working days. Unlimited providers and unlimited users are included, so growing supply does not change your bill.
Because the customer is letting a stranger into their home. A rated, named provider is what makes that acceptable, and it is the single biggest difference between a home-service marketplace that converts and one that gets browsed and abandoned. Anonymous slots do not sell this service.
Time slots, not time windows. Splitting the day into morning, afternoon, evening and night and booking against defined slots means a taken slot disappears from availability. Evening is where wellness demand concentrates, so that is exactly where a vague window causes the most damage.
Yes. Partner salons list on the same platform as independent providers, which is how a wellness marketplace reaches usable supply quickly. Each keeps its own services, availability and profile inside one admin panel you control.
