Shopee and Lazada Integration With Your Own Online Store

One stock count, one packing queue, three sales channels — and a reason for repeat buyers to come to the site you own.

Shopee Lazada integration solves the problem every Philippine seller eventually hits: three shops, three stock counts, and a buyer you have to apologise to because the last piece sold twice.

Marketplace · live

An animated multivendor marketplace where a new seller storefront opens in an empty slot, a shopper's search filters the storefront wall, and a paid order splits between the seller and the platform's commission.

You own the platform — sellers bring the stock, and every order pays you a cut.

What's included

01

Stock that moves in seconds, not overnight

A sale anywhere deducts everywhere through the marketplaces' own APIs, with buffer stock held back per channel so a burst of orders during a campaign cannot take you below zero. Bundles draw down their component SKUs properly instead of tracking as one phantom item.

02

One packing queue for every channel

Website, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders land in the same list, sorted by cut-off time, with pick lists and batch label printing. Marketplace orders keep their assigned courier and waybill, so you pack to their rules without logging into three seller centres.

03

Per-channel pricing that covers the commission

Marketplace listing prices are lifted to absorb commission, payment and campaign fees, so your own store is genuinely the cheapest place to buy from you. Scheduled campaign pricing, and a floor price that blocks any sync from listing below your cost.

04

One catalogue, pushed everywhere

Titles, descriptions, images, variants and specs are edited once on your store and published out, respecting each channel's character limits and image rules. No more three versions of the same product drifting apart over six months.

05

The margin report nobody hands you

Net per channel after commission, payment fees, shipping subsidy and your share of vouchers — next to net per website order after the gateway fee. It is often the first time a seller sees what a ₱1,000 Shopee order is actually worth to them.

06

A path for your repeat buyers to your own store

Package inserts with a QR to reorder, a first-order discount on your site, and the free lifetime AI assistant handling reorder questions. Done inside each marketplace's rules — we will tell you plainly where their line is, because accounts get suspended for crossing it.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

Map the SKUs before anything else

This is the whole job. The same product usually has three different codes across three channels, plus duplicates, retired variants and bundles nobody documented. We reconcile them into one master list with you.

You get: An SKU mapping sheet covering every channel you sell on

  2. STEP 2

Choose the connection and state its limits

Official Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop APIs, or an existing middleware tool if you already pay for one. Each has things it cannot do, and you should know them before we build, not after.

You get: A written integration plan with the limits spelled out

  3. STEP 3

Sync a small set in test mode

One-way stock sync first, then two-way with conflict rules and buffer stock, tried on a handful of SKUs where a mistake costs you one order rather than a hundred.

You get: A staging sync running on a controlled SKU set

  4. STEP 4

Cut over one channel at a time

One marketplace goes live, we watch for oversells and price drift for a few days, then the next. Switching everything on in one afternoon is how sellers end up cancelling orders.

You get: Live sync, channel by channel, with a rollback at each step

  5. STEP 5

    Survive the first campaign together

The 9.9 and 11.11 spikes are where sync breaks: API rate limits, queued updates, stock racing. We tune buffers and retries against your real campaign traffic.

You get: A campaign-tested sync plus 1-year support

Pricing

Channel sync scoped into a store build from ₱99,000

If we are building the store, sync work is scoped into the package: Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000, Business ₱199,000 — Business is the usual starting point once three channels and a large catalogue are in play. Connecting a store somebody else built is quoted after we see your SKU list and current platform. 50% down, the rest against milestones. Marketplace commissions, payment fees and campaign costs are charged by Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, never by us.

Your store holds the master stock count. When an order comes in on any channel, we pick it up through that marketplace's official API, deduct the quantity centrally and push the new number back out to every other listing. In normal conditions that round trip takes seconds to a couple of minutes. It is fast, but it is not instantaneous, which is why buffer stock matters during campaigns.

It stops the overselling that comes from three people editing three stock counts, which is nearly all of it. What no sync can guarantee is the two-second window during an 11.11 rush when two channels sell your last unit at once. The answer is buffer stock: hold back one or two units per channel on fast movers so a race condition eats the buffer instead of an order you have to cancel. We tune those buffers against your actual campaign data.

Yes, and most sellers price this backwards. The marketplace takes a commission plus payment and campaign fees off every order — check your current rate card in seller centre, since it varies by category and changes — so a ₱1,000 sale there nets you noticeably less than ₱1,000 on your own store, where you pay only the gateway fee. Lift the marketplace listing price to absorb that, and your own site becomes the honestly cheaper option without you undercutting anyone.

Yes, through the TikTok Shop Partner API, on the same stock count as Shopee, Lazada and your website. Two things differ in practice: live selling produces very sharp order spikes that need larger stock buffers, and fulfilment cut-offs are tighter, so your packing queue has to sort by channel deadline rather than order time. We set both up as part of the build.

You can pick, pack and track them there, but the shipping label still belongs to the marketplace. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop assign the courier and issue the waybill, so we pull the label into your queue for printing and push the status back rather than booking a courier ourselves. Orders from your own store are different — those you book directly with J&T, LBC, Lalamove or Grab from the same screen.

Shopee brings you traffic you did not have to pay for in advance, and that is genuinely valuable. What it does not give you is the customer. You cannot email your buyers, you cannot see them as a list, your ranking depends on their algorithm and their commission comes off every order. The sensible position is both: keep the marketplaces for reach, run your own store for margin and for repeat buyers, and sync the stock so running both costs you no extra admin.

They do, usually with notice, occasionally without. We build against the official platforms rather than scraping seller centre, which is what makes changes survivable, and we monitor the sync for failed updates so a break surfaces as an alert rather than as an oversold customer. Fixes for breaking changes are covered by your first year of support and warranty, and by a maintenance plan after that.
