The right gateway for your basket size
PayMongo, Dragonpay, Maya Business and GCash priced against your average order, because fee shape decides this. Percentage fees punish a ₱25,000 basket; flat per-transaction fees punish a ₱250 one. We model both against your real numbers before wiring anything.
One checkout, every method your buyer has
E-wallets, credit and debit cards, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfer, over-the-counter payment at convenience stores and payment centres, and cash on delivery — in one flow, on one page, with no redirect that dead-ends on a blank screen.
Merchant approval, walked through
Gateways check your business before they approve you: DTI or SEC registration, BIR certificate, mayor's permit, bank account and IDs. They also check the site — working contact details, refund policy, terms and privacy pages, SSL. We prepare the technical side and tell you exactly what to submit.
COD reconciled against the courier remittance
Cash on delivery is a payment method that pays you days late, in batches. We match each remittance to the orders it covers, flag shortfalls, account for returns to sender, and show you the cash still sitting with the courier instead of leaving it to a spreadsheet.
Webhooks, retries and automatic receipts
Payment confirmation comes from the gateway's webhook, not from the buyer's browser reaching your thank-you page — so someone who pays and closes the tab still gets their order. Receipts, refunds and voids are handled from your admin panel, with every attempt logged.
A settlement report your bookkeeper accepts
Gross sales, gateway fees, refunds, chargebacks, payout dates and a per-method breakdown, exportable. It reconciles to your bank statement, which matters when your accountant is preparing your BIR filings and asking where the missing 3% went.
