Online Store Development in the Philippines, From Cart to Courier

A store that takes the order, books the courier and updates the buyer — without anyone on your team retyping an address.

Online store development in the Philippines is mostly a logistics problem wearing a shopping cart. Building the catalogue is the easy half.

Checkout · live

An animated online store checkout: a product is added to a cart, paid with GCash, and confirmed with an order number.

A store that takes the order and the payment while you are asleep.

What's included

01

A catalogue that survives real stock

Variants for size, colour and packaging, bundles that draw down their components, weights and box sizes for accurate shipping, low-stock alerts and a rule for what happens at zero — hide it, or take a backorder with a stated wait.

02

Cash on delivery with brakes on it

Confirmation by SMS, Viber or Messenger before dispatch, a peso ceiling above which COD is not offered, a partial downpayment by GCash for high-value orders, and a blocklist for numbers that already sent parcels back. Joke orders cost you the freight twice.

03

Shipping rates that match your zones

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao priced separately, weight bands that reflect what couriers actually charge, island and remote-area surcharges, a free-shipping threshold you control, and store pickup for buyers nearby.

04

Pack, book and dispatch from one screen

Pick lists for the day's orders, batch waybill printing for J&T and LBC, same-day booking through Lalamove or Grab for Metro Manila, and tracking numbers pushed to the buyer automatically instead of copied into a chat thread.

05

An order page buyers check instead of messaging you

Every order gets its own tracking link with status, courier and estimated delivery, plus SMS and email updates at confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered. Your inbox stops filling with "nasaan na po?" at 10 PM.

06

Numbers you can actually run the store on

Best sellers by margin rather than volume, abandoned carts, return-to-sender rate by area and by courier, repeat-buyer share, and shipping cost against shipping collected. Exportable, so your bookkeeper stops asking for screenshots.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

Count your SKUs and your shipping zones

Before design, we settle the unglamorous part: how many products and variants, what each one weighs, where you ship, what you will and will not send on COD, and who packs.

You get: A product import template and a written shipping matrix

  2. STEP 2

Design the shortest path to checkout

Category to product to cart in as few taps as we can manage, drawn mobile-first because that is where nearly all your buyers are, and reviewed with you before a line of code.

You get: Approved mobile-first store designs

  3. STEP 3

Build the store, then run a dispatch dry run

Checkout, stock rules, COD confirmation, courier rates and order statuses go in — then we push ten fake orders all the way through to a printed waybill to find what breaks before your customers do.

You get: A staging store with test orders booked end to end

  4. STEP 4

Load the catalogue and train the assistant

Product import, images and descriptions, courier accounts connected, and the AI assistant trained on your stock, delivery times, shipping fees and returns policy.

You get: A loaded catalogue and a trained AI assistant

  5. STEP 5

Launch, then read the first month with you

You go live on VenderIT Cloud with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. A month in, we sit down over your real order data and fix whatever the numbers expose — usually shipping rates or COD limits.

You get: A live store, a first-month review, 1-year support and warranty

Questions

Answers before you ask

Something not covered? Message us — a real person from the team replies, usually the same day.

Ask us directly

Three things, usually. Catalogue size and variants: 60 products is a Starter job, 2,000 SKUs with size and colour combinations is not. Custom workflows: tiered wholesale pricing, per-branch stock, subscriptions or a vendor dashboard. And integrations: syncing to an existing POS, accounting system or marketplace account. Pro at ₱149,000 covers most growing stores and adds the branded Android app; Business at ₱199,000 covers the rest. We tell you which band you are in before you commit, not after.

Layer the controls. Orders above a peso limit you set trigger a confirmation by SMS, Viber or Messenger, and the parcel does not move until someone replies. High-value orders can require a partial downpayment by GCash. Numbers that have already refused a delivery go on a blocklist, and new customers can be limited to prepaid on first purchase. You also get a return-to-sender rate by area and by courier, so you can switch off COD for the routes that keep failing.

J&T Express and LBC for nationwide parcels, Lalamove and Grab for same-day Metro Manila deliveries, and other couriers where they publish an integration. Where a courier has no API, we still build the workflow: the order screen produces the address block and package details, and the tracking number you get back is pasted once and pushed to the customer automatically. You keep your own courier accounts and your own negotiated rates.

By zone and weight, not by guesswork. We set Metro Manila, rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao as separate zones with weight bands that match your courier's rate card, then add remote-area and island surcharges where they apply. A free-shipping threshold is a useful lever — it lifts basket size — but only once you know your average shipping cost per zone. That number shows up in your reports after the first few weeks, and we tune the rates with you then.

That is the point of the admin panel. Adding products, changing prices, running a sale, editing shipping rates, processing refunds and booking couriers are all screens, not code. You get unlimited admin users with roles, so a packer can see orders without seeing your sales figures. Training and written documentation are included in every package, and support covers the first year while your team gets comfortable.

No. Plenty of stores we build run from a room at home with a shelf and a printer, and the store does not care where the stock sits. What you do need is registration: DTI for a sole proprietorship or SEC for a corporation, a mayor's permit and BIR registration, because your payment gateway will ask for those documents before approving your merchant account. Confirm the specifics with your accountant or your BIR RDO.

Usually yes, and you do not have to give up Messenger. The store becomes the thing you link to: it takes the payment, records the address, books the courier and sends the tracking, so your team stops copying orders into a notebook. Messenger stays for the conversation, and the free lifetime AI assistant handles the repetitive questions — availability, sizes, shipping fees, delivery times — on both the site and after hours.
