Outsourcing & Dedicated Teams

White Label Development in the Philippines for Agencies and Studios

You win the work and keep the client. We build it and stay invisible.

White label development in the Philippines lets you sell websites, apps and business systems you do not have the team to build. You keep the brief, the pricing and the client relationship.

Squad · live

Four Philippine team seats — developer, designer, QA engineer and virtual assistant — take turns in the spotlight above a bar showing seven hours of daily overlap between Manila working hours and the client's day.

A ready-made Philippine team on your hours — you set the tasks, we handle the rest.

What's included

01

Your brand on everything that leaves us

Deliverables arrive in your document templates with your logo, your tone and your file naming. No credit line in the footer, no badge in the admin panel, no reference to us in the source or the documentation. Commit conventions follow yours so the repository history reads like your team wrote it, because as far as the client is concerned your team did.

02

We never contact your client

Not for scope questions, not for an unpaid invoice, not to check in after launch. Everything routes through you. If you want us on a client call we join under an email address you provide, with a name and a script you agreed in advance — or we stay in writing and you present the work yourself.

03

Mutual NDA and non-solicit before the brief

Signed both ways before you send us anything. We do not approach your client during the engagement or after it, and we do not publish your project. IP assigns to you, which is what lets you assign it onward to your client without a gap in the chain that their lawyer will eventually ask about.

04

Fixed prices you can quote a margin on

₱99,000 for a 5-working-day build, ₱149,000 for 10 days including a branded Android app, ₱199,000 for a 15-day enterprise build. You know your cost before you send your proposal, so the margin is a decision rather than a surprise. Change requests are quoted in writing before work starts, so scope creep hits a document rather than your profit.

05

A white-labelled AI assistant in every build

The free lifetime 24/7 AI assistant ships inside every website and app we build, trained on your client's services, pricing and policies, and branded entirely to them. For most agencies it is the line in the proposal that wins the pitch, and it costs you nothing per month to include.

06

Hosting and support you can resell

Free cloud hosting and a free .com domain for the first year, then hosting from ₱499 a month, plus a year of support and warranty that runs behind your desk rather than around it. If a client is better referred than resold, the affiliate programme pays up to 20% commission instead.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

    Partner call and mutual NDA

What you sell, what you already build in-house, and where the gap is. The NDA and non-solicit are signed at this stage — before a brief, a client name or a wireframe changes hands.

You get: A signed mutual NDA and non-solicit, plus your partner rate sheet

  2. STEP 2

You send the brief, we scope it in your voice

A written scope, timeline, fixed price and — the part most agencies value more — an explicit list of exclusions, in a document formatted for you to re-brand and paste straight into your proposal.

You get: A white-label scope and fixed quote you can drop into your own proposal

  3. STEP 3

    Build behind your brand

Development runs on a neutral staging URL or one of your subdomains. You get progress notes written as if by your delivery team, in language you can forward to the client without editing out anything about us.

You get: A staging link and weekly updates you can forward unchanged

  4. STEP 4

You demo, we stay off the call

You present the work, gather feedback and set priorities. We are on standby in writing during the call if you need an answer fast, and the revision list comes back to us through you.

You get: A client-ready demo build and an agreed revision list

  5. STEP 5

    Launch, handover and quiet support

Deployment into your accounts or your client's, documentation and training material in your templates, then a year of support and warranty answered through you on the timeline you promised them.

You get: A live build, your-branded documentation and 1-year support behind your desk

Questions

Answers before you ask

Something not covered? Message us — a real person from the team replies, usually the same day.

Ask us directly

No. Not for scope clarifications, not about an invoice, not after launch. Everything goes through you, and the non-solicit signed at the start of the partnership says we will not approach your client during the engagement or afterwards. If you want us present on a client call, we join under an email address you provide, using a name and a script you have approved in advance.

Yours, or your client's, depending on how you have structured the deal. The master agreement assigns all source code and IP to you, which is what lets you pass it on cleanly to the client without a broken chain of ownership. Commits go into the repository you nominate, deploys go into the accounts you nominate, and there is no licence, key or proprietary layer keeping the project tied to us.

However your market lets you. Our price is fixed and known before you send your proposal — ₱99,000, ₱149,000 or ₱199,000 depending on scope — so the margin is a decision you make rather than a number you discover at the end. We never publish, suggest or ask about your client-facing price. Change requests are quoted to you in writing before any work starts, so scope creep hits the document rather than your margin.

Whatever you have decided to tell them about how you deliver. Support runs behind your desk: the client raises it with you, you raise it with us, and the fix comes back through you on the timeline you promised. Every build carries a year of support and warranty. Some partners disclose that they use a build partner, others do not — that choice is yours and nothing we produce forces it.

Yes, when you want the technical depth in the room. You provide the email address and we agree the name and the talking points beforehand, so nobody has to improvise an answer about who they work for. Plenty of partners never take this option and keep us entirely in writing — a written answer inside your working day usually covers it.

No. The free lifetime 24/7 AI assistant is branded to your client, trained on their services, pricing and policies, and presented as part of your offer. There is no VenderIT name in the widget, the admin panel or the documentation. It is included at no monthly cost in every website and app build, which makes it one of the easier things to put in a proposal.

Because a white-label partner that shows off your work is not a white-label partner. We do not publish projects built for agency partners, name the agencies, or use their client logos in our portfolio without written permission we rarely ask for. If you want proof of build quality before signing, we will walk you through work we delivered directly, under our own name, on a call.
