Outsourcing & Dedicated Teams

A Dedicated Development Team in the Philippines, Working Only on Your Product

One squad, one roadmap, one invoice — and the same faces in your standup next quarter.

A dedicated development team in the Philippines should not mean five freelancers in a group chat.

Squad · live

Four Philippine team seats — developer, designer, QA engineer and virtual assistant — take turns in the spotlight above a bar showing seven hours of daily overlap between Manila working hours and the client's day.

A ready-made Philippine team on your hours — you set the tasks, we handle the rest.

What's included

01

A named roster, not a rotating pool

The people you interviewed are listed by name in the statement of work. Nobody is quietly swapped out between sprints to cover another client, and if a replacement is ever necessary you are told before it happens, not after you notice the commit history changed.

02

A project manager who owns delivery

Sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, QA sign-off, release notes and the monthly report sit with one person on our side. You brief a product owner, not five separate calendars. That role is part of the squad cost, not an extra line item that appears after the engagement starts.

03

QA inside the squad, not bolted on at the end

A tester writes the test plan alongside the feature, runs regression before each release and checks builds on real Android and iOS devices. Bugs found by your users are the expensive kind; the squad is sized so they get found earlier than that.

04

Velocity and spend, reported monthly

What shipped, what slipped and why, days consumed by role, and burn against the roadmap you agreed. It goes to you as a document you can forward to a board or an investor without rewriting it first.

05

Knowledge that survives a resignation

Architecture decisions written down, runbooks kept current, and a second person familiar with every critical area of the system. Attrition is the real risk in this model, so the squad is structured so one departure costs you a handover instead of a rebuild.

06

Resize on notice, and leave clean

Add a mobile developer for a quarter, drop a seat after launch, pause between funding rounds — all on the notice period in your contract. If you ever take the product in-house you get repositories, credentials, environment documentation and a handover window, with no licence or platform holding you here.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

    Roadmap first, headcount second

We look at what you intend to ship over the next two quarters and work backwards to the smallest squad that can do it. Oversized teams are easy to sell and hard to justify at month four.

You get: A proposed squad composition with monthly cost per role

  2. STEP 2

You interview and approve every seat

Live technical interviews with each candidate, including the project manager. The squad only forms once you have said yes to the whole roster.

You get: A named roster written into the statement of work

  3. STEP 3

    Two-week ramp-up on your codebase

The team reads the system, documents what it finds, sets up environments and ships something small and real. You see how they work before the roadmap depends on them.

You get: An architecture note, environment setup and the first merged pull requests

  4. STEP 4

    Sprint cadence goes live

Two-week sprints with planning, a demo and a retro, run in your tracker and your repository against your definition of done. Your product owner sets priorities; our project manager makes the sprint happen.

You get: A working demo and burndown at the end of every sprint

  5. STEP 5

    Monthly review, quarterly reshape

Velocity, spend and blockers reviewed each month; team shape revisited each quarter as the roadmap changes. Seats are added or dropped on notice rather than renegotiated from scratch.

You get: A monthly delivery report and a squad resized to the roadmap

Pricing

A dedicated squad quoted per role, per month — fixed in pesos in the contract

Pricing is built from the roster: each role is quoted per month after a scoping call, and the total is fixed in pesos in the contract so currency movement cannot re-price you mid-engagement. Project management and QA are inside that figure, not billed on top. There is no recruitment fee and no equipment, office, benefits or 13th-month cost on your side. If your roadmap is really one defined build rather than an ongoing product, fixed scope runs ₱99,000 (5 working days) to ₱199,000 (15 days, enterprise) with 50% down and the balance against milestones.

Questions

Answers before you ask

Something not covered? Message us — a real person from the team replies, usually the same day.

Ask us directly

Staff augmentation gives you people; a dedicated team gives you delivery. With augmentation your lead runs the sprint, sets priorities and reviews the code, and we supply the engineer. With a dedicated team our project manager runs planning, standups, QA and reporting, and you brief one person instead of managing five. Choose augmentation when you already have a strong technical lead with spare capacity, and a dedicated team when you do not.

We quote each role per month after a scoping call and fix the total in pesos in the contract. Philippine providers usually advertise an hourly rate instead — before comparing, ask what that rate covers: project management, QA, leave and holiday cover, overtime, and whether hours are billed or worked. If your roadmap is really one defined build, fixed scope from ₱99,000 to ₱199,000 will beat any squad on cost and on risk.

The smallest squad that reliably ships is a project manager, two developers and a QA engineer. From there it grows with the roadmap: a mobile developer when the app arrives, DevOps when deployment and monitoring become someone's full-time problem, a UI/UX designer during a redesign. We would rather start you smaller than sell a role the roadmap does not need yet.

Three months is the usual starting term because a ramp-up costs real time on both sides, then it runs rolling on the notice period in your contract. Nothing auto-renews into a year you did not agree to. Seats can be dropped on notice, and if you need to pause between funding rounds tell us early so we can plan the bench rather than lose the people who know your codebase.

We replace them at our cost and cover the handover, and that clause is in the agreement before you start. The structural protection matters more than the clause though: architecture decisions are documented, runbooks are kept current, and a second person is familiar with every critical area. A departure should cost you a handover week, not a quarter of rediscovery.

Yes, and that is the default. Your Jira or Linear, your GitHub, your Slack, your branching model, your definition of done, your release cadence. Our project manager adapts to your ceremonies rather than importing ours. If you have no process yet we will bring one, write it down, and hand it to you as something you own.

Everything needed to run without us: repositories, credentials, environment and deployment documentation, architecture notes, and a handover window with the squad still available. Code and IP are assigned to you in the master agreement, work is already committed to your repositories and deployed in your cloud accounts, and there is no proprietary layer you would have to keep paying for.
