Hire by role, one seat at a time
Front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, QA, DevOps or UI/UX. One engineer is a normal order — there is no minimum team size and no bundled seats you did not ask for. Tell us the ticket you cannot get through and we tell you which role actually clears it.
The hours for that seat, in writing
Before anything is signed we name the daily window that developer is online for you, expressed in your local time, so availability is a clause rather than a promise on a sales call. The same document names who covers the seat during leave and Philippine public holidays, and the holiday calendar is handed over before you commit rather than discovered in April. The wider arithmetic — what a Manila working day is actually worth against Sydney, London or New York — is laid out on our offshore development team page.
English tested where it actually breaks
Everyday fluency is not the risk here — English is an official language and the medium of instruction through university. The risk is technical English under pressure. So candidates write a short brief, walk you through their own pull request on video, and answer follow-up questions live. Most of your working relationship will be in writing, so we test the writing too.
You run the interview and you hold the veto
You get the CV, real code from delivered projects, a technical exercise in your own stack, and a live video interview. Reject every candidate and it costs you nothing — no interview fee, no shortlist fee, no obligation to take the third one because you have already spent time.
NDA first, IP assigned, access per person
The NDA is signed before we see anything of yours. The master agreement assigns source code and IP to you. Work is committed to your repositories and deployed into your cloud accounts, with named accounts per person and a leaver process agreed the same week. We operate under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will sign your paperwork instead of ours if your legal team prefers.
One invoice, no recruitment fee, no hidden employer costs
No placement fee, no agency finder's fee, and nothing on your side for laptops, desks, internet, statutory contributions or 13th-month pay — that is our cost as the employer. You get an itemised monthly invoice by role and days covered. If someone is not working out, the replacement and the handover are on us.
