WhatsApp chatbot in the Philippines, plus the Viber bot your local customers actually use

One assistant, two apps: Viber for the buyers down the road, WhatsApp for the ones eight time zones away.

A WhatsApp chatbot in the Philippines only covers half your market. Locally, Viber is where suppliers, tenants and repeat customers message you; WhatsApp is where your OFW buyers, overseas partners and expat clients live.

Inbox · live

An animated Messenger thread in which a late-night customer enquiry arrives at a closed shop, an assistant drafts and sends a reply, and the customer's details are saved as a new contact record.

Answer every late-night enquiry, and keep each customer's details on file.

What's included

01

Two channels, one knowledge base

Viber and WhatsApp run off the same approved answers, prices and availability, so a tenant on Viber and a buyer in Dubai on WhatsApp never get different numbers. Add a service once and both channels know it.

02

A verified sender that looks like your business

We register and verify your WhatsApp Business number and your Viber sender under your own company name, with your logo and business profile. Customers see a named business, not an unknown mobile number that looks like a scam.

03

Notifications people actually read

Order confirmed, booking tomorrow at 10, payment received, delivery on the way, contract expiring this month. Sent as approved message templates to the app on their home screen, with delivery and read status you can check.

04

Built for OFW and overseas enquiries

A question from Riyadh at 3 AM Manila gets a full answer immediately, including price in pesos, remittance-friendly payment options and what a relative here needs to do. Anything needing a person is queued with the time difference noted.

05

Documents and proof of payment handled in-thread

Customers send deposit slips, GCash screenshots, IDs, permits and signed forms straight into the chat. The assistant files each one against the right order, booking or tenant record so nobody digs through a phone gallery later.

06

Opt-in, consent and quiet hours done properly

Consent captured and timestamped, opt-out honoured immediately, sending windows respected, message frequency capped. This is what keeps a business number from being reported and blocked, and it keeps your Data Privacy Act records straight.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

Decide which app carries which customer

We split your contacts by behaviour: who messages on Viber, who is overseas on WhatsApp, who should get notifications rather than conversations.

You get: A channel map — who gets Viber, who gets WhatsApp, what each one answers

  2. STEP 2

Register and verify your business sender

Business verification, display name, profile, number choice and account ownership set up in your company's name, not ours.

You get: A verified WhatsApp Business number and Viber sender, live in your account

  3. STEP 3

Write templates and get them approved

Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and re-engagement messages drafted to the platform rules, submitted, and revised until approved.

You get: An approved template set for confirmations, reminders and follow-ups

  4. STEP 4

    Connect orders, bookings and payments

The chat writes to the same admin panel and calendar as your website, and sends GCash or Maya links where payment is the next step.

You get: Live integrations to your admin panel, calendar and payment links

  5. STEP 5

Launch, then watch delivery and replies

We monitor delivery rates, opt-outs and the questions the assistant fumbled, and tune both the templates and the answers.

You get: Live assistants plus a delivery, opt-out and response report

Usually Viber for the local market and WhatsApp for anyone abroad. Filipino suppliers, tenants, condo groups and repeat customers tend to live on Viber, while OFWs, expats and overseas B2B partners default to WhatsApp. If you sell to both, run both — the assistant is the same, only the channel setup differs.

For WhatsApp, yes: a number can be on either the consumer app or the Business Platform, not both, so most clients use a dedicated business line and keep the owner's personal number private. Viber Business Messages uses a registered sender name rather than a number, so your existing lines are untouched.

Outside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you, both platforms only allow pre-approved message formats. So "Your booking is confirmed for {date}" is submitted, reviewed and approved before it can be sent. We write, submit and maintain those templates for you, including the variants for reminders, receipts and follow-ups.

Both, within the rules. Inside 24 hours of a customer's message it can chat freely. Outside that, it sends approved templates to people who opted in — booking reminders, payment confirmations, delivery updates, renewal notices. What it will never do is blast a bought contact list, which is the fastest way to get a business number blocked.

The build is free for life inside any of our packages, from ₱99,000. The only ongoing cost is the platform's own messaging fee, charged by Meta or Viber per conversation and billed to your account at cost. Standalone setup on a system we did not build is quoted per project, with hosting from ₱499/month.

The assistant works one-to-one, which is where transactions happen. For one-to-many we use approved templates sent to customers who opted in, segmented by branch, service or last purchase, with opt-out honoured instantly. We do not automate posting into community group chats — platforms treat that as spam and so do your customers.

We build what the law expects you to be able to show: recorded consent with a timestamp, a clear purpose at sign-up, honoured opt-outs, role-based access to conversations, and export or deletion on request. Your data stays in your own environment. Your Data Protection Officer approves the notices and retention periods before launch.
