An AI receptionist for the enquiries your front desk never gets to
Every enquiry gets a greeting, a straight answer and a next step — including the ones that arrive at 11 PM.
An AI receptionist covers the part of your front desk that no one is paying attention to: the 7 PM enquiry, the Sunday message, the caller who gave up on the fourth ring.
An animated Messenger thread in which a late-night customer enquiry arrives at a closed shop, an assistant drafts and sends a reply, and the customer's details are saved as a new contact record.

What's included
01
Greeting and triage in your words
Every arrival is sorted before it reaches a person: new enquiry, existing client, supplier, job applicant, complaint. Each route gets a different opening line, a different set of questions and a different urgency, all written by you and approved before launch.
02
Qualification against criteria you set
Budget, location, timeline, service needed, unit type, insurance, referral source — whatever separates a real prospect from a browser in your business. The answers are scored and tagged, so your team opens the ones worth calling first.
03
Booking into a calendar that is actually current
It checks live availability, holds the slot while details are confirmed, sends confirmation and reminders, and handles reschedules and cancellations without a phone call. Buffer times, staff assignments and branch hours are respected.
04
Missed-call recovery within seconds
When a call rings out, comes in after hours or hits an engaged line, the caller gets an immediate message offering to answer or book right there. A missed call becomes a conversation instead of a call to your nearest competitor.
05
Handover notes your team can act on
Each conversation ends as a short brief: who this is, what they want, what they were told, what was promised, what happens next, and the full transcript underneath. No one has to read forty messages to make one callback.
06
After-hours mode and a sorted morning queue
Different script after 6 PM and on Sundays: set expectations, capture details, book where booking is safe, escalate genuine emergencies. At 9 AM your team gets one queue ordered by urgency rather than a pile of notifications.
How we work
STEP 1
Count what you are already missing
We look at call logs, unanswered messages and after-hours enquiry volume to size the problem before quoting a solution to it.
You get: A missed-enquiry audit across calls, messages and after-hours traffic
STEP 2
Write the front-desk script
Greetings, triage routes, qualifying questions, the answers you allow, and the things a machine must never say on your behalf.
You get: Approved greetings, triage rules and qualification questions
STEP 3
Connect the calendar and the client records
Live availability, staff and branch rules, confirmations and reminders, and a lead or client record created automatically for every conversation.
You get: Working bookings, reminders and lead records in your systems
STEP 4
Rehearse the awkward conversations
Complaints, refunds, urgent cases, VIP clients, people who will not answer qualifying questions. We test these deliberately before go-live, not after.
You get: Tested escalation paths for complaints, urgencies and VIP contacts
STEP 5
Launch, then review what it booked and what it missed
Weekly at first: which enquiries converted, which handovers were unclear, which questions it should have answered itself.
You get: Live receptionist plus a weekly missed-and-booked report
What we build with
Booking calendar sync with Google Calendar and your admin panel
Web chat widget, Messenger, Viber and WhatsApp as front-desk entry points
SMS and Viber missed-call reply
Automated confirmation, reminder and reschedule messages
Lead and client record creation in your CRM or admin panel
Free for life with every website or app project, from ₱99,000
The receptionist is the included assistant configured for front-desk work — Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000, Business ₱199,000, with no per-conversation charge. Adding it to a booking system you already run is quoted per project. Hosting after the first year starts at ₱499/month.
By default it works in text: web chat, Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp and SMS, plus missed-call text-back so a ringing-out call turns into a conversation within seconds. Most Philippine enquiries are typed anyway. If you need a spoken voice line answered, we scope that separately rather than pretending the chat assistant does it.
It asks two or three questions at most, spread through a normal conversation, and only the ones that change what happens next. If someone refuses to answer, it books or escalates anyway rather than blocking them. You decide the questions, and we cut any that testing shows people abandon.
It stops selling and starts recording. The complaint is acknowledged, the details captured, and the conversation escalated immediately to the person you nominate, marked urgent, with the full transcript. Outside office hours it tells the customer exactly when someone will respond and puts the case at the top of the morning queue.
No, because it books against live availability rather than a copy. It holds a slot while details are confirmed and releases it if the conversation dies, respects buffer times, staff assignments and branch hours, and blocks the slot the moment it is confirmed. Manual entries your staff make are read the same way.
Free for life with any of our builds — Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000, Business ₱199,000 — with no monthly per-call or per-conversation fee. That matters when you compare it to a human answering service billed per minute, or to a part-time front-desk hire. Adding it to a booking system you already own is quoted per project.
That is the usual setup. Your receptionist keeps walk-ins, calls and anything sensitive; the AI covers overflow, after-hours, weekends and the repetitive questions that interrupt them all day. Your staff can take over any conversation, and they see everything the assistant handled while they were away.
One queue, ordered by urgency, with a short brief per conversation: who it is, what they want, what was promised, what to do next, plus the transcript. Bookings are already in the calendar, leads are already in the system, and anything the assistant refused to answer is flagged for a person.
