Branding services in the Philippines that hold up on a tarpaulin and a phone screen

One look across your signage, socials, website and receipts — with the files and templates handed over to you.

Branding services in the Philippines usually end with a logo and a JPEG, and three months later the tarpaulin, the Facebook cover and the delivery van are all different shades of blue.

Build · live

An animated browser window assembling a business website: wireframe blocks become a branded page with real content and peso prices, then a speed dial sweeps up and the site goes live.

Your website arrives finished, fast, and ready to take bookings.

What's included

01

A logo that survives real sizes

Primary mark, a horizontal version, a stacked version, an icon for app and favicon use, and single-colour and reversed variants for signage, receipts and embroidery. Tested small and in one colour before anyone sees the presentation.

02

Colour and type system with the codes written down

HEX, RGB, CMYK and the nearest Pantone for printing, plus heading and body typefaces with licensing sorted and a web-safe fallback. No more guessing which blue the tarp printer should use.

03

Brand guidelines your staff can follow

A short, practical document: clear space, minimum sizes, what not to do, photo direction, tone of voice and correct usage examples. Written for the person making a poster on a Tuesday, not for an awards entry.

04

Editable social templates

Post, story and reel cover templates in Canva so your team can produce on-brand content daily without a designer. Promo, announcement, product, testimonial and hiring layouts, all locked to your palette and fonts.

05

Business and print collateral

Business cards, letterhead, quotation and invoice layouts, tarpaulin and signage artwork, uniform and vehicle placement, packaging or label artwork where you sell physical products — supplied print-ready at the right resolution.

06

The brand applied to your website and app

Because we also build the site, the identity gets implemented rather than handed over as a PDF: fonts loaded, buttons and headings styled, favicon and app icon set, social share images generated.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

Find out what you actually are

A working session on what you sell, who buys, what your competitors look like and what you refuse to look like. Filipino market context matters — the same design can read premium in BGC and unapproachable in a provincial town.

You get: A brand brief with positioning, audience and visual direction

  2. STEP 2

Show directions, not one safe option

Two or three distinct visual routes presented in context — on a sign, a phone, a shirt, a receipt — so you are choosing a brand, not judging a logo on a white page.

You get: Design routes presented in real-world mockups

  3. STEP 3

    Refine the chosen route

Two structured rounds of revisions on the direction you pick, testing the mark small, in one colour and against photography.

You get: A final approved logo suite in every required variant

  4. STEP 4

    Build the system and templates

Palette, type scale, iconography, photo direction, guidelines document and the editable Canva templates your team will live in.

You get: Brand guidelines plus editable social and print templates

  5. STEP 5

    Hand over and apply

All source and export files delivered to you, the brand rolled out onto your website, app and profiles, and a walkthrough for whoever will use the templates.

You get: Full file handover, brand applied live, and a training session

Pricing

Branding is quoted by scope — a logo suite and guidelines is a different job from a full rebrand across signage, packaging and vehicles

The market ranges from ₱3,000 logos on Facebook groups to six-figure agency rebrands; the difference is whether you get one JPEG or a full file set, guidelines and templates you can keep using. We scope it against what you need to produce every week. Branding is also folded into website projects — Starter ₱99,000, Pro ₱149,000 and Business ₱199,000 all include the design work to apply your identity across the site.

Editable source files plus exports: vector AI, SVG and EPS for printers and signage, PNG with transparency for digital, JPG for anything that will not take PNG, and PDF for the guidelines. You also get the Canva templates linked to your brand kit. Everything is yours — if you work with another designer later, they can pick it up without redrawing your logo.

Two or three genuinely different directions, not eight variations of the same idea with the colour changed. Each is shown in context — signage, a phone screen, a shirt, a receipt — because a mark that looks good enlarged on a white slide can fall apart at real size. You pick one direction, then we do two structured revision rounds on it.

A logo suite with guidelines usually runs two to three weeks from the brief, most of which is waiting on approvals rather than design time. A full rebrand with packaging, signage and vehicle artwork takes longer and is scheduled in milestones. When branding runs alongside a website build, we sequence it so the identity is settled before the site design starts.

Yes, and that is usually the right call for an established business. We evolve rather than replace: keep the recognisable element — a colour, a shape, the name treatment — and modernise the execution. Then we plan the switchover so signage, socials, packaging and the website change together rather than leaving customers looking at two different companies.

No, we are designers, not an IP firm. What we can do is check for obvious conflicts before you commit to a name or mark, and supply the artwork in the formats an application needs. Registration goes through IPOPHL, and it is worth doing before you print signage and packaging rather than after.

Before, if you can. Building a site around an identity that changes two months later means redoing the design, the graphics and every social image. If you need to launch fast, we can start with a working palette and typography, get the site live, and complete the full identity afterwards — but it is the more expensive order.

That is exactly what the Canva templates are for. Colours, fonts and layout are locked; your team edits the text and swaps the photo. We include a short training session so whoever posts knows which template to use for a promo, an announcement or a hiring post. It keeps the daily content on-brand without a designer in the loop.
