Facebook ads management in the Philippines that ends in a Messenger conversation

Facebook and Instagram ads that start a Messenger thread, and an assistant that answers it before the buyer moves on.

Facebook ads management in the Philippines is not the same game as Google.

Leads · live

An animated quote-request form filling in with a night-time visitor's details, then landing underneath as a finished lead card with a score, an estimated value, a hot or warm tag and the next action already set.

Your website captures each enquiry, scores it, and tells you who to call first.

What's included

01

Business Manager, Pixel and Conversions API

Proper Meta Business Suite setup, verified domain, Pixel installed and Conversions API connected server-side so conversions still get counted when browser tracking is blocked. Many of the accounts we audit are still optimising on incomplete data.

02

Audiences built from your own data

Custom audiences from your customer list, site visitors, video viewers and Messenger engagers, plus lookalikes off your actual buyers rather than a guess at interests. Broad targeting is tested against them, not assumed.

03

Creative made to be tested, not admired

Multiple hooks, thumbnails and formats per offer — short video, carousel, static, UGC-style clips from your staff. Then a structured test so you learn which angle sells instead of which one the boss liked.

04

Click-to-Messenger flows into the AI assistant

Ads that open a Messenger thread with a greeting, qualifying questions and pricing answers ready. The free lifetime AI assistant covers the hours your team is offline and passes the qualified thread over in the morning.

05

Retargeting sequences by stage

Different ads for people who watched the video, visited the page, started a chat or abandoned a cart — with exclusions so paying customers stop seeing the acquisition ad they already responded to.

06

Weekly creative refresh and reporting

Philippine audiences are small enough that creative fatigues fast. We watch frequency and cost per result, retire ads before they burn, and report on cost per conversation and cost per booked enquiry.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

    Offer and audience workshop

Before creative, we settle what is actually being sold, to whom, at what price point, and what makes someone act now rather than later.

You get: A written offer, audience and messaging brief

  2. STEP 2

    Set up the tracking spine

Business Manager, domain verification, Pixel, Conversions API, event priorities and CRM handoff — tested with live events before any budget runs.

You get: Verified Pixel and Conversions API with events firing correctly

  3. STEP 3

    Produce the first creative batch

Several hooks and formats per offer, plus the Messenger flow and landing page each ad points to.

You get: An approved creative batch and a live Messenger flow

  4. STEP 4

    Test, then scale what earns

Run the batch, cut what fails early, increase budget gradually on what works and keep a fresh test running so you are never left with one tired winner.

You get: Weekly test log with winning creative and cost per result

  5. STEP 5

    Report on conversations and sales

Monthly review of spend, conversations started, qualified enquiries and cost per lead, with the next month's creative and budget plan.

You get: Monthly report and next month's creative plan

Pricing

Management is a flat monthly fee quoted after the offer workshop — Meta ad spend is separate and billed to your own account

You pay Meta directly from your own ad account; we never take a cut of spend. Management is quoted on the number of campaigns and how much creative production you need each month, since video shoots cost more than static graphics. A realistic Philippine starting spend for one offer is around ₱15,000–₱30,000 a month. Landing pages and the AI assistant come with a website build from ₱99,000 (Starter), ₱149,000 (Pro) or ₱199,000 (Business).

Ask us directly

No. Boosting optimises mostly for engagement and gives you almost no control over objective, placement, audience exclusion or conversion counting. Ads Manager lets you pick a conversion or Messenger objective, exclude past buyers, split test creative and see cost per result. A boosted post can be a cheap way to test a hook, but it is not a campaign.

Plan on roughly ₱15,000–₱30,000 a month for a single offer, and treat the first two to three weeks as the cost of learning. Meta needs a volume of conversion events before delivery stabilises, so a ₱5,000 test tells you very little. Small budgets work better on one audience and one strong creative than spread across five ad sets.

Usually claims and categories. Before-and-after photos, health or weight-loss promises, income claims, targeting language like "are you in debt", loan and financing offers, and anything implying personal attributes all trip Meta's review. We rewrite copy to describe the service rather than the buyer, keep claims to what you can evidence, and appeal when the rejection is wrong.

In the Philippines they often convert better, because the buyer is already talking to you. The catch is response time — a thread answered hours later is usually dead. That is exactly why we connect Messenger campaigns to your AI assistant: common questions get answered immediately, the enquiry is captured, and your team picks up the qualified conversation.

For an active account, plan on three to five new pieces a month per offer, plus variations. Philippine audiences are relatively small, frequency climbs quickly and cost per result rises with it. We watch frequency and retire ads before they burn out, which is cheaper than trying to revive a fatigued winner.

Partially, which is why we also install the Conversions API. The Pixel reports from the browser and loses events to tracking prevention and ad blockers; the Conversions API sends the same events server-side. Running both, with deduplication, gives Meta enough signal to optimise and gives you numbers closer to what your CRM shows.

You do. We work inside your Business Manager with partner access, or help you create one in your name. Your Page, Pixel, audiences and creative history stay with you. Never let an agency run your ads from their own Business Manager — when the relationship ends, so does your audience data.
