React Native builds from ₱149,000, quoted against scope

The packages are the same whichever framework we use: Pro at ₱149,000 for a 10-working-day build, Business at ₱199,000 for 15 days with both stores, custom workflows and integrations. Taking over an existing React Native codebase is quoted separately after we have read it, because the work depends entirely on what's in there. 50% down, the rest against milestones you can see running.

Pick React Native if your developers already write React and will maintain the app, or if you want to share logic with a React web app you already run. Pick Flutter for everything else: rendering is more consistent across the cheap Android handsets most Filipino customers carry, and there are fewer surprises when a plugin falls behind a platform release. Flutter is our default. We build React Native when there's a reason for it.

It changes the maintenance bill, which is the part people forget when comparing quotes. If your own engineers can read the codebase, small changes stop being a purchase order. Types, validation rules and API clients live in one shared place rather than being written twice. If nobody in-house will ever touch the app, that advantage disappears and Flutter costs you less to run over three years.

Often, yes. We read the codebase first and give you a written verdict: what's salvageable, what has to be rewritten, and what each option costs. Abandoned React Native projects usually need dependency upgrades, a React Native version bump and expired signing rebuilt. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than the rescue, and we say that rather than billing you for the rescue anyway.

Far less than it used to. Expo's development builds let you add native modules, so the old ceiling is mostly gone, and EAS handles building and signing for both stores without a Mac sitting in your office. We go with the bare workflow when a native SDK isn't supported or your build requirements are strict. The choice and the reasoning go in the scope before work starts.

For JavaScript and content changes, yes — an over-the-air update pushes a copy fix or a bug fix to phones in minutes. The limits are real: Apple and Google both require that you don't change what the app fundamentally does, and anything touching native code still needs a store release. We configure the channels and train your team on where the line sits.
