Mobile App Development

A Custom Mobile App Development Company for Staff and Customer Apps

An app shaped around the way your business already works, not the way a template assumes it does.

Custom mobile app development is what you need when the off-the-shelf app almost fits but not quite — the extra approval step, the pricing rule nobody else has, the way your branches actually hand a job over.

App · installed

A phone cycling through the home, service, booking and profile screens of a Philippine home-services app, ringed by home-screen icon, push notification, offline sync and app-store cards.

Your own app on their phone — booking you in a few taps, signal or not.

What's included

01

A workflow map before a feature list

How a job moves through your business today, who touches it, where it waits and where it gets retyped. The app is designed against that map, which is also how we find the steps you can delete rather than automate.

02

Staff apps as well as customer apps

Job sheets, stock counts, proof of delivery, site photos, signatures, meter readings and inspection checklists — captured once, on the phone already in someone's hand, instead of on paper that gets encoded again at head office.

03

Offline-first field capture

Works in a basement, a warehouse or a province with one bar. The phone stores the work locally, shows the staff member plainly that they are offline, and syncs when the signal comes back. Photos and signatures queue the same way.

04

Roles, permissions and an audit trail

Who can approve, who can only view, who can edit after submission, and a record of who changed what and when. This is the part that separates a business tool from a form, and the part auditors ask about.

05

Integration with what you already run

Accounting, POS, ERP, existing databases or the spreadsheets your team lives in. Where there is an API we connect to it; where there isn't, we work with scheduled imports and exports so nobody retypes figures between systems.

06

Reporting you actually read

A custom admin panel showing the two or three numbers you run the business on — jobs open, stock variance, units leased, deliveries completed — with an Excel export for the accountant who wants the raw rows.

How we work

  1. STEP 1

    Watch the workflow

We sit with the people doing the job — the technician, the dispatcher, the counter staff — instead of only with whoever signs the contract. The gap between those two accounts is where custom projects fail.

You get: A process map and a written list of what the app will and won't do

  2. STEP 2

Spec the data model and the roles

What a record is, who can create and approve it, what it connects to, and which existing system it has to talk to. Agreed on paper before anything is built.

You get: A data model, role matrix and integration list you sign off

  3. STEP 3

    Build in phases

The phase that removes the most manual work ships first, so you are using something real while the rest is still being built.

You get: A working phase-one app in your hands, not a demo video

  4. STEP 4

Pilot with one team or branch

One crew, one branch, one route, for a real working week. Everything they hit gets fixed before the rest of the company touches it.

You get: Pilot findings and a closed defect list

  5. STEP 5

    Roll out, train and support

Staged rollout across teams, training for staff and supervisors, documentation, then a year of warranty behind it.

You get: Trained staff, documentation and a 1-year warranty

Pricing

Custom builds from ₱199,000 — the Business package covers custom workflows and integrations

Business at ₱199,000 is a 15-working-day build covering custom workflows, integrations and both app stores. Pro at ₱149,000 fits when the app is closer to a standard pattern and Android is enough. Genuinely unusual work — multi-branch approvals, hardware, a legacy system to talk to — is quoted after the workflow session rather than guessed before it. 50% down, the rest against milestones. Every package includes the lifetime AI assistant, admin panel, cloud hosting, training and a 1-year warranty.

Ask us directly

The workflow. A package build assumes a familiar pattern: browse, enquire, book, pay. Custom starts when your process has steps nobody else has — a two-stage approval, pricing that changes by branch, a job that passes between three roles before it closes, stock counted differently in the warehouse than in the store. If we can't describe your app using the standard feature list, it is a Business build at ₱199,000 and it starts with a workflow session.

That is a large share of what we do. Field technicians filling job sheets, drivers capturing proof of delivery, merchandisers counting stock, agents logging site visits, supervisors approving from the road. Staff apps play by different rules from customer apps: they have to work with no signal, they need roles and an audit trail, and most of them do not belong in the public app stores at all.

Three ways. Google Play's internal testing track gives your team store-quality automatic updates on a private invite list. A direct install suits a small crew on company-issued handsets. For iPhones, Apple's business distribution keeps the app off the public store. We pick based on how many devices there are and whether staff use their own phones, then set up whichever route you choose.

For field apps that is designed in from the start, not added later. The phone stores work locally, shows the staff member plainly that they are offline, and syncs when a connection returns — with conflict rules agreed up front for when two people edit the same record. Photos and signatures queue the same way. We test it by switching mobile data off, not by assuming coverage.

Usually, and it is a question to settle before the build rather than after. If your system has an API, we connect to it directly. If it doesn't, we work with scheduled exports and imports or a shared database, so nobody is retyping figures between two screens. We check what is actually possible during the workflow session and write the answer into the scope.

We run the workflow session first, then quote against a written scope with milestones. Business builds start at ₱199,000 for 15 working days, and genuinely unusual work is priced above that with the reasoning shown rather than buried. You pay 50% down and the rest against milestones you can see running, so you never pay for a phase you have not been shown working.

Most of it you change yourself: the admin panel handles roles, users, prices, forms, content and notifications without a developer. Structural changes — a new approval stage, a new branch type, a new integration — are quoted as small pieces of work. Bugs stay free for a year under the warranty, with 24/7 AI support behind it and our team on Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm.
