Logistics & Delivery
Book a delivery on a map, pick a vehicle class, pay per kilometre — and drivers sign up in the same app.
WeMove books a delivery the way a rider thinks about one: drop a pickup and a destination on the map, choose a vehicle that fits the load, see the rate before you commit.

The brief
A delivery marketplace has a cold-start problem on two fronts at once: no customers without drivers, no drivers without jobs. It also has a pricing problem — a load that needs a truck cannot be quoted like one that fits on a motorbike, and a flat fee either loses money on long trips or prices out short ones. WeMove needed transparent per-kilometre rates by vehicle class, a booking flow simple enough for a one-off sender, and a driver onboarding path that did not require a phone call to head office.
What we built
Pickup and drop-off as pins on a map. It is faster than typing an address and far more accurate, which is the whole game in last-mile delivery.
Pickup truck, mini van and truck, each with its stated capacity, so the sender picks a vehicle that can actually take the load.
Pricing shown against distance and vehicle class before booking. Transparent enough that the sender does not need to message anyone to get a number.
Urgent parcels and scheduled moves are different products. Separating them at the booking screen sets the right expectation on both sides.
Convert to Driver, upload a driving licence, toggle on duty. Supply onboards itself instead of going through a recruiter.
My Bookings for history, My Wallet for balances and earnings, referrals for growth, push notifications to keep a live job moving.
Yes. A two-sided platform with map booking, vehicle classes, per-kilometre pricing, driver onboarding and a wallet is a Business build at ₱199,000, live in about 15 working days. Unlimited users are included on both the customer and driver side, so growing your driver pool does not raise your bill.
Each vehicle class carries its own base and per-kilometre rate. The app measures the route between the pins and quotes before the sender confirms. You set and change the rates from the admin panel, which matters when fuel moves and a fixed price you published six months ago stops covering the trip.
No, and that is deliberate. WeMove's driver mode lives inside the same app: a user converts to driver, uploads a licence and toggles on duty. One download, one account, and a customer who wants to earn on the side can do it without finding a second app in the store.
By making driver sign-up self-serve and adding referrals, so early users recruit both sides for you. It is not magic — a new marketplace still needs demand — but requiring a phone call to onboard a driver guarantees you never get past the first fifty.
Yes. The same build runs as a closed platform where only your drivers are on duty and customers book against your fleet. That is closer to a delivery management system with a customer-facing front end, and we scope it that way rather than shipping marketplace features you will never switch on.
