VenderIT Outsourcing: our own remote staffing site

Our own remote staffing brand: three engagement models, eight role pages, and separate intakes for clients and applicants.

VenderIT Outsourcing is our own sister brand, not an outside client — the managed remote staffing side of VenderIT, run from the same Cainta office, and we built and maintain the site ourselves.

The brief

A staffing site has to serve two audiences that want opposite things. A business owner needs to know what the engagement looks like, who does the work and how quickly it starts. A jobseeker needs to know which category they fit and what to send. Put both on one homepage and the usual result is a page that satisfies neither. There is a harder problem underneath it: outsourcing means a different arrangement to every buyer — one assigned person, a shared managed queue, or both at once — so a site that leaves the choice vague collects enquiries nobody can price. The structure had to make the model, the role and the industry choosable before anyone reaches a form.

What we built

  • Numbered the engagement models so the choice is unmissable — 01 Dedicated Remote Staff, 02 Managed Remote Team, 03 Hybrid Remote Support — each with its own card, its own call to action and its own page rather than three paragraphs of the same pitch.
  • Split the workforce into eight named categories — Operations, Technical, Code, Creative, Marketing, Support, Sales Support and Full-Stack Business Pro — and reused that same list as the page menu, the homepage grid and the checkboxes inside both forms, so one vocabulary runs through the whole site.
  • Built ten industry pages under an All Industries hub, each naming the specific tasks that sector hands over, so a clinic and an eCommerce brand each read something that sounds like their week rather than a generic pitch.
  • Gave pricing its own page with named plans, a list of what each includes, a role-by-role cost comparison table and a separate list of work that falls outside a monthly plan and needs a custom quote.
  • Separated the two conversions: a Get a Quote intake for businesses and a Join Our Talent Pool application for professionals, with a Book a Call scheduler for anyone who would rather talk, and a cookie consent banner linking the Privacy Policy.

Inside the platform

01

Three models, numbered 01 to 03

Dedicated Remote Staff for one assigned person, Managed Remote Team for a queue handled by several skill sets, Hybrid Remote Support for both. Each card lists the kind of work it covers and carries its own button — Get a Quote, Hire a Managed Team, Explore Hybrid Support.

02

Eight role categories, with the tools named

Ops, Tech, Code, Create, Market, Care, Sales and Stack. Each carries the tools and tasks in plain words — WordPress, hosting and QA under Technical Pro; Canva, Figma, banners and decks under Creative Pro — and each has its own page under Managed Remote Professionals.

03

An industry page per lane

Real estate, eCommerce, marketing agencies, SaaS, healthcare, finance and accounting, insurance and mortgage, professional services, legal, and construction and trades, all under an All Industries hub. Each entry names the recurring work that lane hands over — lead follow-up, CRM updates, listings, appointments and transaction admin under Real Estate; product uploads, order processing and returns under eCommerce.

04

A pricing page that also says no

Named plans with a monthly figure and a bullet list of what each covers, an enterprise tier marked Custom Pricing, a role-by-role local-versus-managed comparison table, and an explicit list of work that needs a separate quote — full app builds, complex backends, advanced AI automation, cybersecurity, high-volume call centre.

05

Two intakes, buyer and applicant

The quote form asks for the outsourcing setup, the Pro categories needed, a start window, a monthly budget band and the task detail. The talent form asks for a primary category, years of experience, availability, expected rate, tools, English level, internet speed, computer specs and a CV upload, with a consent checkbox on both.

06

The workflow shown before the sale

A five-step How It Works runs from defining the support gap to ongoing management, and a task-queue panel shows requests with a status against each — website update in progress, SEO task in progress, lead research and a Canva design queued — so a visitor sees how work is handed over before committing.

About this project

Ask us about it

It is our own sister brand, not a client. Same team, same office in Cainta, Rizal, and the footer links back to venderit.com. We are showing it here because we designed, built and maintain it ourselves, so we can describe every decision on the page honestly rather than guess at someone else's brief.

Yes. A site of this size — service pages, role or team pages, industry pages, pricing and two separate intake forms — is a Business build at ₱199,000, live in about 15 working days. Admin panel, CMS, full SEO setup, free cloud hosting, training, documentation and a year of support are included.

No. Launch the homepage, your pricing and one intake form, then add role and industry pages as you learn which enquiries you actually want more of. The CMS is included, so your team adds pages without paying us per page. Starting narrow also keeps the first month of enquiries manageable.

Into the admin panel included with every build, with an email notification to whoever you nominate. Uploads such as CVs are stored against the application so nothing is lost in a shared inbox. You decide who has access, and a consent checkbox plus a linked privacy policy makes the terms explicit.

That is what the structure is for. One page per role and one per industry means a search for a specific need can land on a page about that need rather than a homepage. Full SEO setup is part of every build, and the free lifetime AI assistant answers the repeat questions that arrive once traffic starts.
