Catipuna Kitchen: a 24/7 silog delivery app that takes the order and the payment

A 24/7 silog delivery app with a buy-1-take-1 menu and PayMongo checkout.

Catipuna Kitchen serves all-day breakfast — bangsilog, longsilog, tapsilog, tosilog — at ₱99.00 a plate, and the app is the whole counter.

The brief

A kitchen that advertises itself as open 24 hours has to be able to take an order at any hour without a person in the middle. That puts the whole job on the screen: the dish named and photographed, the ₱99.00 price on the tile, the buy-one-take-one deal carried in the product itself rather than explained on request, and a cart that shows exactly how many plates are on the order before it is sent. The money has to settle at the same moment, which is why the checkout ends in card, GCash, GrabPay or PayMaya rather than in a promise to pay later. Everything a counter would normally say out loud has to be readable at 2am.

What we built

  • Put the whole silog menu in the app with photographs and prices on the card, so the customer chooses without having to ask what is available.
  • Built the buy-one-take-one deal into the catalogue itself — the B1G1 plates sit in the menu as named products, so the deal travels with the item.
  • Opened the home screen on the kitchen's 24-hour promo banner, so the offer that defines the app is the first thing on the screen.
  • Added a Bestsellers collection with sort, refine and three layout choices, so a short list of regular orders is a couple of taps from the home screen.
  • Closed the loop with a cart and a PayMongo checkout that takes GCash, GrabPay, PayMaya and cards, so the order is paid before it is cooked.

Inside the platform

01

24-hour promo banner

The home screen leads with the kitchen's own promise — open 24 hours, all-day breakfast delivered to your home anytime, buy one get one. It sits above the menu rather than in a caption someone has to go looking for.

02

Photographed menu with prices on the card

Bangsilog, longsilog, tapsilog and tosilog at ₱99.00 each, every plate photographed and priced on the tile. The dish and the price are on screen before anything is tapped.

03

Bestsellers with sort, refine and layout toggles

A curated collection with its own item count, Sort and Refine controls, and three ways to view it — grid, single card or list. A short list of regular orders, without scrolling the whole menu.

04

New badges, wishlist and quick add

Each card carries a New badge, a heart to save the dish, a star rating, and a plus button that drops the plate into the cart without leaving the menu.

05

Cart with quantity steppers

The cart shows every line with its price and a minus-plus stepper, a bin icon on each line and a clear-cart control at the top. The order can be corrected plate by plate before it is sent.

06

PayMongo checkout with GCash and cards

Credit card, GCash, GrabPay and PayMaya, all through PayMongo, with a privacy notice and one Place order button. The payment is settled in the app, at the moment the order is placed.

About this project

Ask us about it

A branded ordering app with a photographed menu, cart, checkout and admin panel is a Pro build at ₱149,000, live in about 10 working days and including your own Android app. If you need multiple branches, delivery zones and a fuller back office, that is the Business build at ₱199,000 in about 15 working days.

Yes, and you can offer both. Catipuna Kitchen takes credit card, GCash, GrabPay and PayMaya through PayMongo, so the order is paid before the kitchen cooks it. Every VenderIT build includes online and offline payments, so cash on delivery stays available for the customers who still prefer it.

Yes. In Catipuna Kitchen the buy-one-take-one plates sit in the menu as named B1G1 products and the promo banner runs on the home screen. You edit both yourself in the admin panel and CMS, so a weekend promo does not need a developer.

Paid orders land in your admin panel the moment checkout completes, so whoever is on the night shift works from a queue rather than a chat thread. Your free lifetime 24/7 AI assistant also answers the routine questions — what is open, what is on the menu, where an order is — without waking anyone.

Yes. Every build includes unlimited listings and unlimited users, so growing from four silog plates to a full menu, or from one kitchen to several, does not change your bill. Free cloud hosting, training, documentation and one year of support are included too.
