Construction Supply
A building-supply store online: lumber, plywood, rebar and fixings with live stock, cart and door-to-door delivery.
A hardware counter takes the same three phone calls all day: do you have it, how much is it, can you deliver. T.N.T. Construction Supply now answers all three before anyone dials.

The brief
Building supply runs on availability and price, and both change weekly. A contractor who cannot confirm stock will call three suppliers and buy from whoever answers first. For T.N.T. that meant losing orders to whoever picked up the phone, and burning counter staff on quote calls that never converted. The catalogue also had to be honest: publishing prices and stock only helps if what a buyer sees is what is actually on the yard, so the admin side mattered as much as the storefront.
What we built
Lumber, plywood, marine plywood, nails, M.S. plate and rebar, each listed with its price. No 'inquire' wall between a buyer and the number.
The product page says whether it is available before the buyer builds an order around it. That one line prevents most of the calls a hardware counter fields.
Trade orders are multi-line by nature. Buyers assemble the whole list in one basket rather than sending a photo of a handwritten note.
The running total is visible while the order is built, so a contractor working to a budget adjusts quantities instead of abandoning the order at the last screen.
A finished order, recorded, with the buyer's details attached — not a Viber message someone has to transcribe into the system later.
The order is fulfilled to the site. Delivery is part of the offer on the page, not a separate negotiation after the sale.
No. T.N.T. is a construction supply store — it sells hardware and building materials online, from lumber and plywood to rebar and fixings, with cart, checkout and door-to-door delivery. If you are a contractor rather than a supplier and need a project portfolio with quote capture, that is a different build and we cover it on the construction industry page.
For standard hardware, yes. A published price removes the most common counter call and lets a buyer decide without your staff. For items where price genuinely depends on volume or specification, we mix in an enquiry flow on those lines only, so you are not forced into one model for the whole catalogue.
Staff update stock and prices from the admin panel, and the storefront reads from the same record — there is no second copy to fall out of date. For higher volumes we connect the store to an inventory management system so stock moves as orders are picked, rather than being kept in step by hand.
A full store with catalogue, cart, checkout, payments and delivery is a Pro build at ₱149,000, live in about 10 working days once we have your product list and prices. Unlimited products and unlimited users are included, so growing the catalogue does not raise your bill.
Yes. Every VenderIT build supports online and offline payment, which matters in construction supply where cash on delivery and terms accounts are both normal. The order is recorded either way, so your books do not depend on which payment route the buyer chose.
