The brief

Heavy equipment is a considered purchase, and the questions that decide it are specific: which machine, what condition, what it costs once the discount comes off, and whether it is still available. R24 Trucks answers them on the listing itself. That meant a catalogue that could carry machines named individually — make, model and number — each with an SKU, a photo set, a condition, a stock line and an availability count attached to it, sorted into the categories a contractor actually shops by rather than a single long list. It also meant showing the price in pesos on the card, with the original and the discount beside it, instead of leaving it to a private message.

What we built

  • Built the catalogue around a category list — compactors, cranes, dozers, excavators, general, skid loaders and trucks — pinned beside the results so a buyer narrows the yard before scrolling it.
  • Named every listing by make, model and number, as in KUBOTA U-30-3S 60088, and gave the unit page its own SKU, so a buyer and the yard are talking about the same machine.
  • Put the peso price, the struck-through original and the discount badge on the card, so the saving is legible before anyone taps.
  • Gave each unit a six-image gallery, a condition field and an availability count — the things a buyer would otherwise have to ask for by message.
  • Kept the retail mechanics buyers already know: a search box, favourites, add to cart from the card, and the cart in the header of the catalogue and unit screens.

Inside the platform

01

Category list beside the results

Compactors, cranes, dozers, excavators, general, skid loaders and trucks stay pinned down the side of the catalogue, with the selected one marked in red. A buyer who came for a compactor starts there instead of scrolling the whole yard.

02

Browse Inventory home with search

The home screen leads with a welcome, a search box and Browse Inventory — category chips and a New and Popular shelf — so a buyer can either explore the inventory or go straight to the model they already have in mind.

03

Listings named by make, model and number

YANMAR V3-3 31086, KUBOTA U-30-3S 60088, HITACHI EG40R 10211. The name on the card is the machine's own identifier, and the unit page repeats it with an SKU underneath, so an enquiry can name exactly what it is about.

04

Peso pricing with the discount shown

The current peso price sits above the original, struck through, with a percentage badge on the photo and a matching Sale tag on the unit page. Nothing is hidden behind 'PM for price'.

05

Six-image gallery, SKU, stock and condition

A large photo with a thumbnail strip counted 1 of 6, then the SKU, an availability count and a condition field underneath. A buyer sees the machine from several angles, and what the yard says about it, before spending a day on the road.

06

Favourites and add to cart on the listings

A heart on each card and on the unit page, an add-to-cart icon beside the price, and the cart in the header of the catalogue and unit screens — so a machine worth a second look is saved rather than lost in a scroll.

Questions

About this project

Ask us about it

Yes. A catalogue with categories, unit pages, galleries, stock status and a cart is a Business build at ₱199,000, live in about 15 working days. It includes unlimited listings and unlimited users, so a yard of forty machines and a yard of four hundred cost the same to run.

By the name and the SKU. Listings on R24 Trucks are titled with the make, model and number, and the unit page carries an SKU, a photo set, a condition and an availability count. We set up the same fields for any yard whose stock is not interchangeable, so an enquiry arrives naming a specific machine.

Not always in full, and the build does not force it. Every VenderIT project includes online and offline payment options, so you can take a reservation or downpayment through the app and settle the balance on release or delivery. We scope the split around how your deals already close.

The Pro package at ₱149,000 includes a branded Android app alongside the site and is live in about 10 working days; the Business package at ₱199,000 adds the wider system. The screenshots on this page are from the R24 Trucks app.

You do, from the admin panel and CMS that comes with every build — add a machine, upload the photo set, set the price and the discount, update the stock. Training and documentation are included, plus a free lifetime 24/7 AI assistant that answers buyer questions on the site while your yard is closed.
